This is the best 'insurance' plan in the world. I am older and do have technology 'brain fog', and I love that I can go into any Best Buy, anywhere, and there will be a patient, kind, knowledgeable person to help me with my computer, even though it is usually operator error. They always explain in terms I can understand so I do not repeat the error. Geek Squad are my Technology Gurus!

Bought the membership cuz I had a lot of repairs last year, and you get free repairs from geek squad with the membership which was huge.

It nice to have but the price is a little high wish I covered all products u bought from best and it also has apple care but it only works with apple products u bought from Best Buy not other places

Pretty good only complaint is they have to out source help a lot of the time and it can take weeks to get laptop back so it’s not ideal if you use it daily.

Membership is good for discounts on products and coverage for things that break. I wish it included free shipping and haul away for large appliances which it used to but was recently removed from the plan
