As a computer idiot, joining the Best Buy "totaltech" was the best computer move I've ever made. It was recommended to me by the clerk/agent who sold me the laptop and I am grateful. I've used the service a few times and have more than gotten my money's worth!

This membership is well worth spending the money on, which isn't that much compared to the cost of repairs or replacement. I've had to take my laptops in on multiple occasions and was grateful to hsve this membership. Saves a lot of money and aggravation

The membership program helps with all your purchases through Best Buy through the whole year. It will save you money in the long run when purchasing products from their stores they offer a great savings and great deals for being a tech member.

If you are making a large purchase or anything that requires you to read instructions or watch a tutorial, it is a no brainer to add on this service! Purchase once for the year and everything you buy within that year is also covered. Has already paid for itself.

I love having this membership! I might not need it often, but when I do they are so helpful and get the problem resolved quickly!!

Love being a member of Best Buy rewards. Hav never had a problem with any of my purchases here and have gotten the best support ever. I’m a senior and not as savvy as the younger people but sure have learned a lot from the technical crew.

Signing up for the total tech membership was quick and easy. The services I received with my membership covered more than twice the out of pocket charges of would have incurred had I not had the membership.

I have always bought geek squad help but then learned about total when buying new appliances. No charge for delivery or set up, just a few dollars more per year. And thrn discoveted additional buying power = more savings on purchases. Im using this all the time.

Great value! I love that I have a longer return period! It has come in handy way more than I thought it would! I would recommend buying!

May want to get clarification on this, I believe this auto renews every year and for products that are covered for two years you will have to auto renew the second year to keep it active That being said I will be returning this warranty because it may not be right for my Apple products the cost for apple care for my two Apple Watches and an iMac will be the same price as this for the year but for two years worth of coverage. The warranty I was actually looking for

I never used it but it was nice. I got it to save money on delivery and install for our dishwasher

As a new homeowner, I really love this membership especially the free installation of anything I buy which has come in handy a lot for the items I have to replace that were left by the previous owners.
