Didn't want to buy this at first but it has proved to be well worth the price, with special deals for members and unlimited tech support for ALL electronics even if not purchased through Best Buy. They will come to your house to help without charging extra fees. The technicians are polite, patient and helpful.

Totally worth the price. Now I am stress free. And confident any issues will be taken care of promptly.

If you are an avid tech buyer and love Best Buy, then this is the membership for you. If you’re like me and just needed delivery/set-up after buying a super expensive and sensitive glass screen tv, then getting a membership is cheaper than paying for the delivery. That’s what I did. I’m not buying new products every month so it was wasteful to keep the membership at such an egregious amount. It was great for what I needed for at that time. Also the membership offers discounts and deals each day and sporadically thru the year so I was able to score the Phillips Hue lighting system for my tv. The bridge, sync box, and gradient light strips all retail for $500+ so I was happy to save money on at least 2 of these.

I have had a Best Buy total membership for five years now and I love it! The Geek Squad has helped me on numerous occasions and saved me from a very nasty viral attempt on my laptop. They be also repaired my laptop, replaced a battery. I love my Geek Squad

I love buying big appliances at Best Buy beacuse the delivery and installation service is always the best. The guys unwrap the item infront of me so I know is 100% new and free of scratches. They are very careful when bringing in the item and knowledgable when they install it. Havent had any issues with any purchase so far Is a peace of mind having then do it.

Always make sure you have protection on your devices but I love that any item purchased in the store is protected. Pricing is good. Protection is better

Absolutely recommend gaming console had stopped receiving disc and would not play them or take one went in for my appointment. Was there less than 30 minutes and they handed me a brand new one and told me to have a nice day after having a product for about four months definitely recommend purchasing Best Buy. Total will stay on member long as it’s offered.

Great value if you have lots of electrical devices. Gives you apple care + when purchasing Apple products. Pays for itself after first mishap. Also, great in the event you need to return an item, as compared to those who don’t have it. Many more advantages.
