I purchased this at 1 pm and waited 3 hours and it still did not reflect on my account. I chatted with the support team and they could not fix my issue. I was told to call them. Waited almost an hour to talk with someone only to keep getting transferred. Then I was just disconnected. I had to do the whole process all over again and was told to wait another hour since the Customer support guy told me it would take 2-4 hours from purchase. I waited 5 hours and it still did not apply. I called again, going through transfers all over again, only to be told I would have to wait another 24 hours. I almost wasted 3 hours calling for no resolution. This happened to me almost a year ago. Same situation. I waited almost an entire month and still the total tech did not apply to my account. I asked the women on the phone why it's taking this long and she became angry with me and told me to just wait. I'm don't dealing with this, most likely have to chargeback. Garbage service, do not buy.
