It gives me the opportunity to get a new laptop have my laptop service when I need it and just come in in and examine new things and be able to purchase something I need.

Membership was almost paid for when I brought my PC in for a “clean-up”. Have bought several small things, and I am close to being even! Look forward to my next big purchase and will know it is an excellent value!

The membership covers everything and also if it goes on sale within 90 days they will reimburse you.

This was a renewal which I was not going to do; but, I'm glad I did. It is a great value for your electronics which do not have to be purchased from Best Buy. So far I've received data from old computers, had a virus investigated, and maintenance on a new laptop.

With Best Buy Total, I had a damaged cell phone, the screen was cracked, and I was able to replace the cell phone free of charge (up to the value of the purchase price of the cell phone damaged). This was a warranty thru having Best Buy Total for a year on cell phone purchased there.

Great membership, i would recommend my friend and family to try it.
