Best Buy Fail - not better customer service

The exercise equipment I had scheduled for delivery on Jan 9th never showed up and no one knows why. Best Buy scheduled the next available appointment but it is an entire month away. I have been trying to resolve this issue and get an earlier delivery time since it was Best Buys error, not mine. Every time I call I get a different story. The last customer service rep I spoke to suggested that I drive to the local store and talk to someone in person. Considering how rapidly Omicron has spread, this advice is incredibly thoughtless and would be inappropriate if we weren't in a pandemic.
