It was supposed to be delivered November 9th and Best Buy rescheduled it for some unknown reason. It got rescheduled to the 22nd and our appointment time was from 7am-1pm. At 1:02, Johnathon from the geek squad called to say he wasn’t coming because of the weather. It didn’t even start doing anything until 12:30. My husband had to take off work that day to sit around and wait for a tv Thai apparently was never going to be delivered that day because when we went to the store to deal with it, they said the geek squad members all came back to the store very early that day. We decided to go pick the tv up ourselves the next day and we couldn’t even do that because Johnathon didn’t “update” the order to show that he didn’t deliver and install it! We have spent a lot of money at Best Buy over the years and now I will do everything I can to shop elsewhere.
