It may seem expensive until you need service. Then, you can get the help you need without expensive cost. In fact, there has never been a charge no matter what!

So this yearly membership might seem pricy initially. I absolutely love it and it’s worth every cent. I am able to call Geek squad with all of my computer needs throughout the year during my membership! Love it

Overall this service was not worth it for me. The savings and special deals weren't impressive. I paid for repair service that came out to repair a dishwasher and they completely misdiagnosed a very easy fix that I ended up fixing myself. I also ended up having to get a refrigerator repaired that broke after about a year, I ended up getting dragged around for 5 months while they did multiple repairs before finally caving in and replacing it. My humble opinion is that you are probably better off just buying a standalone plan for warranties and skipping warranties altogether on anything that costs less than $1,500. I don't think Best Buy Total offers much else aside from warranties. Again the special sales and savings are pretty weak.

This membership is a great value. it covers everything we buy at Best Buy. I am so glad I asked more. I will never go without it. It evens covers my oldest computer still.

My membership is a true value everyday with our purchased items and access to a live person to discuss any issues, concerns or upgrades. I appreciate a live person actually taking the time to tell me about my membership and make suggestions.

I would have given five stars if the first geeks quad guy I had talked to would have explained things better and started to have the demeaner that I was a difficult customer. I shouldn't be made to feel that I the customer can't ask questions. Everyone else was great.

I love everything about it. No complaints at all. Very useful.
