These total tech people are awesome!. I have not met 1 person that didn't help me whether coming to the house or when at the store. I just wish the store would let them make their own appts. When I call the 800 #'s, I get someone from out of the country. I've had to make a 2nd and 4rd appt because they set it and the tech are too busy to come out that day. I hope Corp. Best Buy can figure something out.

This is of great value. It's already saved me money on transfering data from a laptop. Also save money for reinstalling stuff on my laptop. I do have several items that is covered under this so hope I don't have to use it but if I do, I know repairs and such won't cost me an arm or let now.

Great having this insurance for all my electronics. I sleep well at night knowing that all my appliances are covered. I renew every year. It's better to have it and not use it than to need it and not have it.

I wish I hadn't purchased the Membership. I feel I was pressured to do so and when I was told I could cancel anytime and not renew. I then asked if I would still get the 2nd year warranty if I didn't renew I was told yes. That was the biggest selling point for me. Later reviewing the membership it indicated that the warranty would not continue if I did not renew.

Totaltech is a good value. Just took my wife's laptop in for a cleanup for no charge after she got into a repeating scam that kept re-appearing. I wish there was shorter wait time for in store appointments (usually 1 to 3 days out), but value received is worth the wait.

This membership is of. great value when you no longer work for a corporation to provide tech services. It's not always easy to get to the correct agent but I'll still puchase this service

hell of a membership. great perks for a store that already is taking all of my money. Spend a lot of money on expensive tech from best buy, so the ease of mind of protection and getting cashback is awesome. Between my PC and couple other peripherals, I was able to get a free monitor essentially all with the my points.

Recommend to always get a warranty when you Oder a product from Best Buy

best buy is a great store, and we get all electronics, appliances from there.

I really like the safety of the membership and all the assistance they gave me at home to mount my tv and find the right products that fits better the room.
