When no one shows up to your appointment they have no idea what happened or whether anybody’s coming. They are someone sets up new appointments that you don’t even know about your they even cancel appointments do you have but don’t tell you. They give you different answers and send you millions of texts and emails most of which contradict each other and they keep sending you to the site where you try to figure out why you’re there and where the information is. I paid for total check because it made my whole purchase cheaper and when they came to install I had to pay $475 extra for things they said I needed. I have no idea how my purchase that was $2000 ended up costing me 3000

You have to pay $218.00 every year to keep the service they claim is for 24months/2 years. If you cancel the yearly renewal of $200 you forfeit your applecare and the TT service that you was promised for 24 months when you first signed up. Applecare is only for 2 years through TT. Plus TT doesn't cover previously purchased devices only future ones and if you don't pay the yearly fee you lose your 24months on future devices too. Apple charges a 1 time fee for 3 years for Applecare. DO NOT PURCHASE TOTAL TECH MEMBERSHIP. THE RENEWAL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE EVER 2 YEARS NOT EVERY YEAR.
