Bought the plan in a panic for the second call, anticipating better service. Ended going to the store (with an appointment) to find out they could take my machine and report in 3 or 4 days, be prepared to maybe buy a new computer. This is my FOURTH computer in 11 years from the same store. I regret shelling out the $200. The problems all relate to the latest downloads (3) for WINDOWS 11, which I was compelled to do by Microsoft. These techs didn't get it, and I am working on the problems myself. It's obvious the Geeks need to get up to speed on troubleshooting Windows 11, a disaster. They (Microsoft) changed a lot of settings without asking. Still takes me 15 minutes to get a working browser page.
