Value is great and it makes life easier with the ease of shopping

It may be a steep price at first but in how you see your savings add up you will not even worry about the price when it comes to resubscribe. I did not even know geek squad basically does everything, they are quick and fast. I highly recommend working with Tommy if you can.

Great when I buy new stuff or need an exchange. In store service is well worth it. Less impressed when using online computer tech services with agents in India or the Philippines who often don’t know what they are doing and have to keep pushing the ticket up the chain and even then it’s not always solved.

Awesome value! Bought a new laptop since my old one had a hard drive failure and stripped the small screw holding it. They repaired and replaced within a few days! Now i have two laptops! But this membership has already paid for itself for that one fix!

I opted for 3 year geek protection for my mirrorless camera. I had a slight damage to the camera . Which was fixed by geek squad. However i ordered camera batter which suppose to come along with the plan . Its been more than a month i reach store couple of times and reached customer care several times no one figured out .Where is the battery .

we had excellent help setting up our new TV with Barry, and Jake Dory was a patient pro working on our old computer and then recommending a modern update and setting up our new Apple system. We have dropped the Best Buy total, because it cut the personalized total support. That in home support earned Best Buy a lot of recurring store revenue.

Great value if you purchase relatively expensive items and need the peace of mind in case of emergency. I have this for my family because my wife has lost her phone in the past, and given the amount of electronics that we buy through Best Buy, the protection pays for itself. Its not for everyone but it works for me and my needs.

I like how the membership gives you 2 years of warranty, geek squad dervices and 60 days to return!

Best Buy is amazing, they fix your stuff quickly and their work is excellent.

If you're a "Tech Head" like me and a BESTBUY customer, It's a no-brainer

If you are like me and buy alot of stuff from Best buy, it a no brainier. You get alot of discounts and extras like, 60 return policy for all items. They also have 2 years of warranty for all items you buy. ( as long as you stay a member) that is the thing I don't like is you have to stay a member to continue the warranty. But I always go to Best buy so that's why love it so much.

great service i am always scared of extra fees when it Cames to memberships but best buy is services are the best Relly happy of been a member.

Worth every penny. Been a member for many years. Easy to talk to. They’ve helped us with watches, computers, printers, tv’s, washer and dryer.

I just love the Total Tech Support Program. I will continue renewing it every year because I feel these people that we work with are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they work out and find out what the problems are when you get on line and know how to fix them.

So happy that I got Best Buy Total. Have gotten excellent customer service and help with some products. Had a not so great experience at another Computer store and will only go with Best Buy now. So great to have all my purchases automatically covered. And Geek Squad has already helped me several times when needed.

This pays for itself. It’s worth it to get it and keep it if you have tech or like tech or want tech. It’s also useful for anything else bought in store. The geek squad addition helps a lot as well.
