This is quite a pricey membership. If you have a lot of technology that needs work, then it could be worth the price. I purchased this to be able to have my son’s pc built. I also plan on bringing in two laptops and an Xbox to see if they can fix.

Was forced to grab this membership to help the cost of my PC repair, they didn't even do anything to fix it even after I authorized it, the benefits are okay enough to warrant keeping the membership but I would not have gone out of my way to get it in the first place if I wasn't forced to.

I totally don’t need it, I’ve didn’t buy items from Best Buy which need assistance. I would recommend to others who brought items from Best Buy. I went on two occasions and they were professional and answered questions. Guided me to right attachment I need for my equipment.

The Total Tech team came and installed my new TV and assembled 2 pieces of furniture to make the room complete. They worked so hard and did an awesome job. Cleaned up beautifully and made sure I was completely satisfied.

The only part of this plan that might be worth it is if you plan to buy many products which you absolutely want protection plans for. HOWEVER, you can only have two products covered by their plan per year, which costs $179. The customer service is as bad as always, only difference is they say "thank you for being a member."

I have utilized Best Buy Total coverage for several years, including setting up an entire home theatre system and trouble-shooting computer problems from time to time. Service has always been excellent. Highly recommend the service as a great value.
