I have been rescheduled for installation so many times I’ve lost track. I have lived without working appliances since I bought my home. Best Buy is completely incompetent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT YOUR APPLIANCES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS OR EVEN LONGER. Literally go anywhere else possible. The third party provided to me was Xpo. They are the ones with technicians that never show up at least to my house for any of my appointments made in the past couple of months. I’ll wait 3 more weeks for them to cancel on me again. Go anywhere else for appliances your family needs not here you will go without until you pay someone out of pocket to install them. Will never buy anything to be delivered or installed from best buy again after this joke
