While I had the Geek squad membership they were very helpful, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Always able to fix my issues in good time. As a senior individual I just did not use the service enough to make it worth my time to keep it. I would defiantly recommend it for someone who has a lot of electronic equipment.

Our computers are running faster and better than before, which is what we originally went there to fix when they introduced us to the My Best Buy Total program.

I have had a TECH MEMBERSHIP for several years. I have compared their annual membership with other annual memberships & have consistently stayed with Tech Membership; I like that I can go to One place to get most IN-HOME issues taken care of.

I have had this membership for years. I have used many times for my computers via remote Geek Squad or bringing into BeatBuy. Always quick response and turn around time. Never anyone talking over my head and always explaining the problems to my understanding. Highly recommend.

Membership is a great value. Free 24 month Apple care by itself is a bargain. Saved me money son several purchases.

When I had it, it was great. Then one day there was a laspe because of a credit card issue. Despite showing up in person at a store to take care of it before it lasped and being told it was all fine, best buy cancelled my membership. After getting emails for about two dozen protection plan cancellations, I immediately re-upped the membership in person at my local best buy. Even after a call to HQ, I lost all my protection plans and they could not be reestablished! I cannot recommend a bestbuy membership if they can take away protection plans whenever they want and cant reinstate after their error was fixed. Ive decided to shop elsewhere especially for big ticket items.

I’m so glad I purchased my total tech membership. So helpful, especially for today’s technology. Geek squad in the past has been so helpful in troubleshooting anything that might pop up. 2 day delivery is great. Covers all my purchases. I’ve already recommended it to several friends of mine.
