"See The Statement Below From Total Techs web page" Free delivery and standard installation. From TV mounting to installing a smart video doorbell, there’s a huge list of in-home installations that we’ll do for free when you purchase your product from Best Buy.² You’ll also get free delivery on your Best Buy purchases. I just received the free delivery. I kept getting calls, texts and e-mails to schedule an appointment but wasn't able to. Called Total Tech twice both times got the same answer, there's no one in my area that able in install my treadmill. Now if something happens to my treadmill who will take care of it. Very disappointed in my purchase of Total Tech. I'm not one to give bad reviews for I respect the businesses and what they provide for the customers but this was disappointing in my view.

BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES

Hence, I paid $200+ for a 1-year warranty extension. Read the fine print and found out that there would be at least a $79 service charge for each time I brought an item in to Best Buy for repairs. Limit of TWO items to bring in per year. This seems like a total rip-off so I canceled my membership and decided to take my chances.
