Great program! When I was getting a repair done, the geek squad associate told me, “if you don’t want to buy something twice, total tech is necessary in the event of lost devices or needed repairs.”

thats why its call BestBuy cause ut is.easy to buy .staff just friendly and knowledgeable as ever.they know everything and if they dont they find u help.thank you. BestBuy Thats where ill continue to buy my needs.

Worth the price! I had two TV’s mounted to my walls and it cost 1/3 of the price that it would have if I didn’t have Total Tech. The Geek Squad members who installed the TV’s were thorough in helping understand how to work the TV, etc. Definitely worth it.

I haven't really used the perks of the membership. I just got it when i applied for the credit card. It seems like really hood benefits though.

I recently had someone try and hack into my laptop. This service assisted me remotely and cleaned up the hacker mess and ensured I had no spy or malware installed. They also increased the speed of my laptop. Totally worth the money!

Everyone should have this plan. It has been a life saver for me many times. I will continue to renew it every year.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the protection plan I purchased annually protection plan for household electronics. I regret to say that I found the plan to be of little value and cannot recommend it to others. During the period of coverage, I experienced the problem that this plan is not covered my laptop, which I believed would be covered under the protection plan as per the Sales rep who offered the plan with my purchase of a TV in BestBuy. However, when I attempted to raise a Service request, I was informed that your personal laptop was denied and not covered by the agent. I found the protection plan to be costly and not provide the protection that I was looking for. In light of my experience, I would advise others considering this plan to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

I was very appreciative that the Best Buy member suggested the Total Tech membership. It was invaluable for the installation of my Gallery Series LG OLED TV. I highly recommend their services

The members are polite, young, experienced, helpful. My member helped me for quite a long time. I needed repair and update of one notepad and purchasing a new cell phone. I feel I can walk in any day and get the work done at little or no cost

I purchased total tech and an endless amount of services are available if I have any problems. My laptop was primed ready to use with my purchased programs by the Geek Squad. They are a phone call away if I need any assistance which is very convenient.

Geek squad helped me in a bind and quickly might I add I needed my laptop completely fixed before I started school they had it finished within two days tops ! They understood my frustration and helped me To the best of there ability

TotalTech has helped me tremendously. I've saved money where usually i would spend it on repairs. I love it.

The main features I was interested in are as follows: 1. Exclusive access and pre-orders for high demand tech like Gaming Consoles. I was able to score a PS5 and a few Switch OLED models through TotalTech. 2. 2 year BB Protection and Apple Care+. We buy a lot of Apple products and expensive tech from BB so having this protection is fantastic. With young children this really offers peace of mind. The extra warranty through BB is probably similar to their old Geek Squad protection plan, which was great, since they would typically replace your item with the newest one free of charge if they couldn't repair it and didn't have the old unit in stock. 3. Free Standard installation, delivery and haul away. I already had some of this as Elite Plus and generally do my own installs but it’s a nice service to have. Its especially great for things you might not know how to install, like a new appliance like a Fridge, Dishwasher and washer/dryer. Free Haul Away is also a bonus. 4. Concierge and Geeksquad 24/7 support. I’m pretty tech savvy so I don’t expect to use this much but it is nice to have and maybe my wife will get to use it too. 5. Member only sales and events. This is an extension of the MyBestBuy Rewards program where you would have exclusive access on some days to purchase at sale prices in advance. TotalTech has been having Member Mondays which have had some solid deals as well as exclusive access to consoles on some days. I would like to see some improvements to the program as follows: 1. Member wish list. You can put your top 3-5 items on a wish list and get priority access to purchase the item when it becomes available. This would be great for hard to get items that launch on specific dates, like GPUs, CPUs, and RAM. 2. Notifications and Drop date alerts. Some other companies/entities already do this, where you can sign up for high demand items and get priority purchasing access through a private link. Also, getting an email or notification in advance of when a drop on high demand items is also beneficial. Otherwise I've been very happy with the TotalTech program and BestBuy in general for my tech buying needs. I'll revisit within a year to see if it is worth keeping the membership but getting access to consoles and also having the extra protection and peace of mind is something that I value.

my phone suffered damage when it fell to the ground. i contacted totaltech and made an appointment. The techs were friendly and courteous. my phone was repaired in minutes. i was impressed how easy it was to have my phone repaired.

The team members were courteous and nice but when I realized the TV was hurting my neck, I called to request help to adjust mounting, Alex was nice, I did not get a response from Jimmy and the young man I spoke with for further inquiry was abrasive and rude. I felt like I bought into the service for nothing; it has not been readjusted and my neck still hurts.

Recently purchased a Ring Peephole Doorbell. It was hard to distinguish what I needed. With the assistance of sales member I purchased exactly what I needed. It was delivered in 2 days! Fantastic service!

I love the computer so far does a great job with essays and videos as well as running games from the Microsoft store. The sleek design is also something that catches the eyes of many people and I have recommended it to my peers.

The Totaltech is very useful for Best Buy members… Get free delivery, setting up appliances and technicians who can repair best buy items in fast and convenient time…

Great membership and fixed product amazingly no problems.

This membership is definitely worth it. Bought an appliance package for our new home and we saved a ton on delivery and in home installation. And our products are covered in case anything goes wrong. Gives us peace of mind.
