Great service. My tv broke and they were backed up a bit but the person who came was super knowledgeable and no money came out of my pocket. When my company computer was running slow all I paid was for parts which was maybe $20.

It was a good thing. I had to use it for my laptop. It was easy to take in to get quick service.

Havibg the unlimitied geek squad support is great for me not knowing a lot about computers. So there is some peace of mind with having that. Ive always heard great things about geek squad and so far they seem very professional and nice.

We have had this for a few years. We inadvertently let it slip last year and got it back. You cannot beat the service and coverage for the price. We have always been taken care of by well-trained, courteous, helpful associates.

I drove an hour to purchase a computer. I asked them to set everything up for me. They told me they would it would take couple days. I asked if I hang around would they be able to complete that day. They said no. I drove all the way home, only to get a call 2 hours later to tell me that they had it completed. The floor help was very great and answered any questions I had. He helped me to find exactly what I needed for what I was going to use it for.

This really comes in handy when things happen unexpectedly with my items. It’s also nice that I don’t have to pay installation fees when I buy things whether I want to install myself or not, I can be lazy and let someone else do it for free!

The services offered with the membership are excellent! Only improvement I would like to see is further clarification of specific benefits or service options included with total tech membership. I will definitely be renewing and recommending to friends and family.

I've had the Best Buy tech service for several years now and it was one of the best things that I have done. Having this service is a real relief. Just knowing that I have it is reassuring and comforting. Plus the service is great.

If you go to best buy at least 3 times ina year, pc gaming, bad at setting up electronics, or hope to buy new ones you are a fool if you dont get this. It will pay for it self 10 fold an makes your exspirence with best buy 100xs better.

I will never be without this reliable protection! It has given me peace of mind knowing that the amazing "Geek Squad" has me covered for problems that might arise! The professional staff (at my store) is always courteous and totally awesome!

I've used phone help twice now and it's been great. Help is no hassle and immediate and solved both problems (that had stopped me in my tracks). Looking to use them soon to upgrade one of my laptops to WIN11.

I haven't used it yet and i'm glad I haven't needed to But i'm very happy to have it just in case of accidents mishaps or anything else to damages my laptop

Great program! When I was getting a repair done, the geek squad associate told me, “if you don’t want to buy something twice, total tech is necessary in the event of lost devices or needed repairs.”

Geek Squad was a great purchase so far! Highly recommend considering replacement costs

I didn’t think I would need this membership till my laptop screen got cracked :,( if I hadn’t gotten this membership I would’ve been so mad at myself. This really comes in handle you never know what’s gonna happen to your devices.
