Its onnthe pricy side but so far so good.............

Not sure. It is so hard to drop off equipment (they are too busy), so it may not be worth it. And for a simple issue I was told up to 2 weeks (only took a few days in the end, but it shouldn't be that long)(get more employees?). I honestly can do it faster myself, but this is what I pay for. Not sold on it for long term use given the difficulty in use of the membership due to drop off and pick up times.

Obviously there is a shortage of video game consoles this year. So BB decides the way to handle that is to require those trying to buy buy a TT membership. I am actually fine with that -IF spending that $199 actually gave me a better experience than 5 minutes of website glitches before telling me they were sold out again. I could get that anywhere. When I called in to ask whether that was going to be normal, I was transferred 3 times and then left on hold until it hung up on me. My negative review is based on the fact that BB decided to make this the gateway to these purchases and couldn’t make it a better experience. That was their choice to tie TT to buying a video game console in short supply without adequately explaining how this works to their customers.

This is great if you are making a large appliance purchase, but debatable if you don't shop up at Best Buy often.

More protection is better than no protection, get it.

Pinole, california. Best buy unprofessional installation crew. lied about calling me to say they made the mistake about time installation and asked me to reschedule after a two week wait. probably they over booked the children that work there. Manager was also a child without any empathy in the mistake they made, when i said " you guys made the scheduling mistake and tried to showed them the phone log but manger didnt wan';t to look to verify that i was never called and said "yes, it is our fault" and didn't offer any other solution other than rescheduling. returned everything and manager said, "thanks buddy"
