Bought the membership mainly for its 2 year warranties for every item i buy. As a repeat shopper it’s extremely worth it having the membership since i like to have warranties on everything and this makes it easier and saves money in the long run. Pair that with the constant deals and savings, its a no-brainer for me.

It’s awesome especially during certain sales we get to see it earlier and get to buy earlier!

Best Buy nailed it! Excellent service and customer support

I purchased this membership only after my laptop from Best Buy had been serviced. As a result, I did not utilize it for any other services and therefore did not make full use of the membership's value. Now, I am experiencing issues with several products that I bought from Best Buy.

To be honest I have no idea what I am reviewing but it stated it was in store. I wanted to write a review anyways because I absolutely love Best Buy, especially the store in my area. Everyone is very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I visit the store once every week or two for no reason other to look around at all the new tech.

I love the Total Membership. Representatives are always helpful and able to answer and resolve any issues I've had. Just questions As the TV has been perfect. Thank You

This membership change my life. The fact that I could order something online whatever it is a television headphones anything and the fact that Best Buy goes out of their way to send somebody to come and deliver it to me when a safe and secure manner really makes the difference it really shows me that Best Buy cares this plan is worth it

We have enjoyed our membership, but 2 day or eve a week installation has not happened once! Part of Membership is enjoying speedy delivery and installation. I had to call to check up on a microwave oven that was in back order for 3 months! I’d like to see a complimentary membership for 1 year or at least a 6 month extension to compensate.

membership is the best for protection of hardware and software

Seriously the best money I have spent. They honored a warranty on my printer and gave me a brand-new printer on the very last day. They have fixed my son's broken screen twice, they just fixed my 6-year-old computer for nothing (didn't need parts). They are knowledgeable, nice and professional.

This membership is amazing, it gives you a lot of options, for example, if the prices drop, you can get the difference refunded, if after you bought a product, you see another product that you like more, you can change it. Besides, the membership applies for all of the products you buy in the store.

The staff are outstanding, the service is speedy, and I like knowing I have complete access to services whenever I need them. This includes even training me on how to use new purchases.

I took the total tech membership as soon as I heard the benefits I can get from it, of course! I really think it is a very good value. I started with a home consultation and I felt confident talking to Jake who gave us a proposal. I ordered the products needed to accomplish my project and I can see the savings I get from the total tech membership.
