I wrote a review on TT before and it was not posted, so we'll see if this one passes moderation. I had a bad experience with an order and was passed from agent to agent and disconnected repeatedly; I think intentionally. I wasted a lot of time and was really frustrated by the end of it. I'm guessing there is some metric they are accountable to and if the case is difficult they disconnect. I think BB needs to look for logs where there is a series of transfers. I am also hoping to pick up an RTX 3080 GPU and I have yet to see any become available. I read an article that TT members had first crack as inventory drops and so far I've seen nothing on that front. I see them in stock elsewhere, but BB there's nada for weeks.
