Also, just just bought a new home so it was nice to have everything installed. What was annoying is that I was charged extra when I purchased a TV for custom installation. No custom work was performed, my wires are still visible and it looks ugly. When I try to email my best buy total tech Contact, he does not return my emails, and then months later there is no solution. He was very nice before hand, came to our house and told me what I wanted to hear, but after installation has been hard to contact. Very disappointed.

Standard installation is included on most purchases like TV mountings when purchased with a TV; services can switch to custom install for example on a TV when mounting on non-drywall surfaces like brick for example.
