The discounts received on services work well. However, my attempt to have 2 speakers purchased from Best Buy installed in my ceiling was not accomplished. I was advised during a site survey that the job could be done only to have the installer arrive on a different day and mention that he will not be able to do the job.

my pc broke and this is so worth value being just labor and time is expensive being more than the 200 a year

Another reason shopping local doesn't work, best buy cares less then Amazon.

Sign up was simple. I feel like BestBuy hould do a special checkout line with the gold carpet for the members and a little treat after every purchase.

I try to apply a reparation or at least check one of my apple devices and they just told me that I need to go somewhere else… terrible.

they never fix anything when they come out. they let you return everything though.

So far this premium membership isn't living up to the cost of entry. As of now total tech members get deals on only 48 items. 8 of which are 2 dollars off batteries and most of the items are priced better elsewhere. If you think you get a priority que to purchase hard to find items for Christmas, think again. I've tried to buy a ps5 4 weeks in a row and I've been on the same exact verification loop each time. Also, Bestbuy is showing that this membership has an average of 4+ star reviews but it seems that almost all the reviews were 1 star. I'm on the verge of refunding my total tech membership. It just isn't worth it. I'd only recommend this service if you need in home installation of multiple devices or appliances.

good if you want to buy apple products for included apple care, discounts on items seem sparse.

it's expensive but if you use it correctly you can get the value out of it

The chat representatives are not very helpful. There is a lot of confusion and conflicting information. Agents over chat and through the total tech hotline also have very limited ability to correct or troubleshoot issues. If you are considering totaltech, make sure you have a local best buy with great service

I purchased the membership to take advantage of the installation of a large screen TV. Their installers are a joke. Young kids with no idea how to properly install a TV nor treat their customers with any type of respect. I would never use their installers again. TV was left improperly hung. I had to redo the entire installation myself. After improperly mounting a TV they refused to take it off the mount and left it there 18 inches away from the wall and unable to be collapsed do it hitting my fireplace mantle. Absolute hillbilly instant installation.

This was the first time I purchased Total Tech from Best Buy for an appliance installation and it was a nightmare.

So far the only thing this is worth is a few bucks off our appliance purchases - otherwise it is totally not worth it. Our orders have been delayed, installations moved and only given the same 8-hour window as non tts members. The warranty is garbage as you have to keep tts each year. The "dedicated tts team support" is literally the same. They don't care and didn't help on two separate issues. Bait and switch. Oh, they use 3rd party contractors too so don't fall for that either. So disappointed

This membership was purchased solely for the purpose of gaining access to a "special sales event" for the NVIDIA 3080 FE. After wasting hours attempting to add the card to my cart, I received no benefit. Not cool. Terrible customer experience. The only positive: easy cancellation.
