I haven’t needed to use it yet to see if it’s a good purchase or not

I loved being a total tech member. That was until you changed it.

Absolutely UPSET beyond words with Best Buy!!! We purchased totaltech at $200 to cover the cost for the installation of a dishwasher. We thought that we had arranged for delivery and installation on the same day. We have been informed that only the delivery was confirmed, not the installation. Because everything is not the same day I am being charged an extra $160 for the installation that we are trying to get, now still more waiting.!!! Best Buy has GREATLY disappointed!!! Very misleading.

Not worth the money and cant get a refund. Dont care about having satisfied customers.

I think it’s very expensive. I purchased the yearly membership for $200 but don’t know how much I will use it in a year

Normally I only take time to give good reviews. However, on a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best) I would rate Total Tech a -10. Yep - That bad. 75 minutes on the phone - 7 transfers later I was disconnected. I was passed from one dept to the next like a hot potato. Like a fool I redialed only to be transferred 4 more times over a period of 45 minutes only to find out that a "ticket" was generated for the supervisor who was to get back to us with in 48 hours. We are now on day 5 and no supervisor. Save your money. Go down the street and find a young kind and pay them cash to fix your problem.

Membership is okay, I have a lot of problems with appliances and hard to work with third party companies that Best Buy uses.

It just stopped working its only a month or so old

I ordered a product as a Deal of the Day special back in November of 2021. I checked the order update in December of 2021 because i saw it was back on sale again. When i reached out to the TotalTech membership services team, they informed me that this was on back order which caused a delay. Then 7 days later, I see that Best Buy canceled my order. When i reached out to the TotalTech team again, they informed me this item is no longer available. In the same chat, they asked if i could reorder at the new increased amount. When i originally placed my order, it was $149.99. Now they are asking me to pay $339.99. Since both representatives of Best Buy refused my business as a customer, i will not be renewing my membership. I will also not recommend this membership to others

Save your money and find someone else. Their staff is not trained at all. Everyone is wingin it

The Best Buy employees do not know their job. In short, they do not know what they are offering.

Have made over a dozen calls and they are polite, but know nothing about products.

total waste of money, you dont need this garbage to increase your chances of items, i landed a Nvidia 3070 TI without this plan, just took some patience, I got a refund the day after I bought this, only bought it to get a ps5 and the day i got the plan i couldnt get one so no need to try again. better luck gettting walmart + to skip the lines

Definitely not worth the money, the never-ending phishing emails and wait time.

This is such an hassle I was told by store rep at time of purchse that I had to call to have my payment method not to be stored however the rep i sloke with when i called cancled the total tech which was NOT what i was requesting now NO ONE knows how to rectify or reverse this process

So far I am not happy with total tech-support. I purchased an office chair and an office desk and tried to get someone out to assemble them. I was told that I couldn’t because I didn’t order assembly at the same time as my purchase. However on the Best Buy website where I ordered my desk and chair there was no option to order a service man to come out and assemble them. I tried canceling the order and re-ordering the desk and chair with assembly but I was told that I couldn’t cancel the order, I had to wait until they were delivered and then send them back. Now I’m stuck with the time and hassle of having to send them back or having to try to assemble them myself.

Purchased to receive exclusive invitations to events, but was returned since it wasn’t worth the price.

Why did I waste my money on this. Never needed to use this.

I mean It's alright, but definitely wouldn't pay $200
