You should definitely have membership when you buy expensive stuff so you can replace then when issue

Already used this plan to replace the fan and battery on my laptop computer at no charge, more than half of what I paid for the plan already in less than 3 weeks.

Love love love the yearly plan. The squad is there when I needed them recently when I was hacked. They made the clean up process easy, did it same day and I was back in business. Have used over and over when I have had a problem ( even when problem was user error). The Yearly plan is a must for those of us who are tech challenged.

Having a membership save me money. I was having issues with my computer and having it fix was gonna cost me a lot with other technicians. I took my computer to the geek squad and not only did i save money they fixed my computer fast. It gives me a piece of mind knowing i have experts 24/7 for computer needs.

Protection is great deal to have but the service trip charge is crazy high

This membership was a real value to me when I dropped my phone on the corner of a heavy plate. A spider-web type break was obvious, and I was certain I had ruined my phone. A very knowledgeable employee quickly calmed my fears, not only replaced the protective cover, but took time to clean the interior of the phone case. I'm sold on Best Buy.

If your buying lots of computer equipment or gaming related items, tvs, sound systems, or even household appliances this is a MUST HAVE! The deals are so worth it, Especially getting the protection on everything you buy for the yearly plan. Plus you dont even have to go in the store, you can buy everything online.

This membership is worth the money. I've already used the Geek Squad twice which had I gone to some other Tech service would have cost me twice the amount. They were patient and explained everything to me. They were able to transfer data from my very old machine to my newly purchased machine and fix any compatibility issues. I highly recommend them.
