Its worth every penny to have the total protection plan. I dont have to worry about 30 days to return something bc you get 90 days and if something dose happen the labor is built in to the plan so you dont have to pay anymore!

I am not a computer geek and don't understand many things. So My membership gives me access to people who know what they are doing and they are always there for me.

The membership is worth the price. At times you get a better price but it also extends warranties.

The cost of the membership is very worthwhile. The cost of delivery and installation would have been more expensive if I didn’t have the plan. They provide other services that would be more expensive.

We absolutely love Total Tech!!! We 1st purchased it when buying our cell phones; however since then everything we have purchased since is automatically covered under the plan (warranty) at no extra cost and when we purchased our TV they came and installed it free of charge under the total tech. So glad we have made Total Tech a smart decision for our buying needs through Best Buy.

This membership has been more than worth it. I have a custom built gaming PC and have ran into several issues with it throughout the past year. The geek squad has been a tremendous help and my Total membership has saved me so much money. Also, it’s nice to have protection on anything I buy.

The Best Buy Total membership has been amazing for not only the great deals, but also the quick service and amazing protection plans that come with the devices. Plus, the 60 day price match has been amazing to use.

I think of this like I do car / house insurance ... have it and hope you don't need it. I have saved on many purchases and so far the savings have paid for this membership.

This was a no brainer to purchase. As a member of only 1 month, I’ve already saved $300…IN JUST 1 MONTH!! This membership paid for itself & gives me access to additional savings on select items. This membership is the greatest one I have. When something breaks down, and you can't bring it to the store, they come to the house and there's no charge. When something breaks down, the cost of repair would cost me more than the membership fee.

This membership is a must if u shop frequently at Best Buy I’ve had it for 3 years n don’t plan on canceling it gives u great protection n easy help at Best Buy stores with any purchase . Get it if u want worry free purchases
