best warranty I have ever gotten, I bought it in 2022 along with my Mac and honestly has been the best investment I have made in a while, the best thing is that with every product you buy the warranty is added onto the new device for free

I am very glad to have purchased Total Tech. All computers get viruses at one time or another and Geek Squad is very helpful with clearing them. Setting up a new computer and transferring data is also important and free with Total Tech.

This was a great value. We paid the one price for the membership. So far we used it for a microwave delivery, install, and haul away. Then another time we used it for a 65 inch TV delivery and set up. Great service by the various techs.

I appreciate the assembly inclusion wihout extra fees. I appreciate the discount on select items. So far this membership has been very good.

This membership allow all types regular assistance from store personnel free that otherwise could add up service-by-service. It is worth the cost.

The team members were courteous and nice but when I realized the TV was hurting my neck, I called to request help to adjust mounting, Alex was nice, I did not get a response from Jimmy and the young man I spoke with for further inquiry was abrasive and rude. I felt like I bought into the service for nothing; it has not been readjusted and my neck still hurts.
