I truly enjoy being a total tech member. Great value for the money. To get extended warranty on product, longer return period, hassle free to swap out a product or repairs. member pricing. I renew every year since Best Buy is my go to for electronics.

If you buy a lot of products and want a blanket warranty which a catch it’s worth it. There is a deductible for accidental damage and if your membership expires so does your protection.

I am so glad I got the totaltech membership. I have utilized it twice since the purchase do to scammers getting into my computer. They saved me from almost losing my bank account. NOT JOKING

This is a great membership to have. You will get discounts that non total tech customers won't get and the 2 year warranty included on electronic purchases is a big plus for me. Not to mention the free shipping on all online orders.

Love Best Buy store they always have very competitive prices and the latest technology items. Best Buy stores have a very updated list of products. Very convenient and affordable.

Memberships come in handy when you have issues with the computer in this complex world of computers and best buy took me in with out a appointment and I have had the computer since 2019

We love the membership and have saved a lot of money with it. We certainly saved money over the home audio/visual quote we were given, and we are very happy with the installations and services provided. We will hesitate to renew the membership!
