Absolutely love the total tech membership with the ease of having coverage for 2 years

I got this last January when I was buying an OLED 65" TV. The TV was ultra thin and I liked that the Total membership came with free delivery and setup. Unfortunately, my membership just renewed and when I went to buy some appliances and was shocked to learn that the delivery, installation and haul-away that was previously included with my membership no longer is. Very disappointing and (in my opinion) not really worth the cost of the membership any longer. Seriously rethinking my renewal.

1st time signing up to this membership but worth it already. I just bought a new Logitech gaming headset valued over $400 and a benefit of my membership is getting the 2yr geek squad extended warranty free. Thats awesome! Save me extra cost on my purchase!

I purchase all my laptops, tablets, gaming, and more for best buy. I love that Best Buy offers of a membership/protection for items. I cracked my laptop screen and only paid $76 to get it fixed. The process took less than two weeks and my laptop is perfect.

Really helps with the protection plans when you buy pretty much anything. Knowing that the warranty is covered and saving you money is great! Only thing is that if you cancel your membership or can’t pay it, those warranties are gone! So be careful.

Worth the satisfaction of knowing that I have my stuff protected, especially because I purchased an open-box item. The addition of 60-day returns and 2-day shipping really puts this over the top as worth the money if you shop at Best Buy often as I do.

The Total Tech plan is a wonderful benefit in addition to the great value of Total Tech. Best Buy has helped us with so many technical issues, quickly and efficiently. Its a great membership i bought headphones over a year ago and the broke on me but the best buy total protection that you get with this membership let me get a brandnew pair i highly recommend it.

This membership has been a wonderful experience and use to me and needs. They had helped me a lot with questions and computer builds. I was able salvage and rejuvenate so many tech items with them.

Not too bad but they never sent me my $90 voucher for buying it.

Bought Totaltech when we purchased an LG washer. Savings on installation, hall-away, and geek squad fees almost paid for the membership. Since we planed to purchase additional appliances, like a printer and stove, we anticipate the future savings on installation, hall away and service will make more than pay for the membership.

Pretty hard to recommend purchasing this membership. The two day shipping is nice, but I only get my items in the two days 50% of the time. If you are making some large appliance purchases the extended warranty would be nice BUT keep in mind, I’m order to KEEP arhat extended warranty you have to pay to keep the membership active every year. Chances are for most people you would be better off and save money buying the extended warranty separately. The Totaltech member sales are laughable…I have yet to purchase even one of those “sales” because every. single. time, It is cheaper elsewhere NOT on sale. Sometimes by a few dollars and others by 25%. So make sure you actually ship around. The “dedicated Totaltech chat line” is an absolute joke. You will sit in a que for 15 min only to be kicked off saying all agents are busy OR you won’t even get a chance and will be met immediately with the “all agents are busy”. I used to spend thousands and thousands of dollars with Best Buy a year and have (had) been an elite member since they started the program. All the changes they have done and changing how they reward and treat their high spending customers I spend on the hundreds now. Totaltech looks good on paper and sounds good when you read it, but it’s not a good deal. To most it’s throwing money away and you will regret in a few months after purchasing it. All in all I can not recommend this membership. Wish I could but seriously trust me when I say save the expensive membership fee.

Having toddlers im sure alot of parents have to spend extra money on tablets and game repairs. Having Best Buy total tech support has already proven beneficial and has saved me hundreds. Also the deals they offer members have been great as i am loving my new air fryer that i was able to get for 60 bucks.

It really pays for itself. It gives you a piece of mind that if something goes wrong or you need technical support, that the problem will be solved without breaking the bank. I dont see why more customers don't take advantage of the program

Membership that at times gives price discounts and also provides a two-year protection plan on purchases through Best Buy. Also have support to the Geek Squad tech support when needed.
