It really pays for itself. It gives you a piece of mind that if something goes wrong or you need technical support, that the problem will be solved without breaking the bank. I dont see why more customers don't take advantage of the program

Membership that at times gives price discounts and also provides a two-year protection plan on purchases through Best Buy. Also have support to the Geek Squad tech support when needed.

Talking to Best Buy‘s online chat was not a good experience. They don’t really know what is going on. They are not very helpful. They don’t really seem to care or show much empathy. My wife and I were total tech members until you change the membership and strip most of the good qualities of that membership forcing us to have to cancel our membership. So at this point, it would be very difficult for me to recommend people going to Best Buy for their electronics. And I am the electronics guy in my group of friends, as well as the company I work in, especially since I’m an IT administrator, so there are quite a few people that I can influence when it comes to my experience with Best Buy, which I’ve shopped at for decades.

Would recommend this protection program to anyone two years for a small price.

I love the benefits free installs, they fix your electronics and warranty on games you buy for two years

I wouldn’t be without this. I think it’s worth the cost and have taken several things to the store for repair or updates.

I lke knowing that my devices are protected. If i ever have a problem they are therto help make it write. I highly recommend this.

this membership is great. i’d recommend getting it especially if you buy a lot of items for best buy whether it’s from the regular or outlet store.

Geek squad abuse is the real saver here. Use them as much as you want anytime of day to get issues solved

It doesn’t matter how larger or small my issue is with my devices, the Geek Squad is there to quickly and patiently help with my needs. Each member is polite, professional, and genuine concern about what will work best for me. They even help me learn how to use the devices effectively.

so i lost most electronics in my house due to lightning and insurance wouldn't cover half of it. BestBuy protection plan covered everything i had it on and replaced the items or gave me my $$$ back. After finding this out and that i get discounts on some items with the total membership i had to sign up and it is wonderful

Five Stars! Top-notch delivery, setting it up, and helping me figure everything out to program on the TV itself. The technician went above and beyond in programming the tv and taking the old and very heavy TV out to his van. All in All, Five Stars! And you can't beat a LG OLED tv with the picture and features.
