This is a great value add! I would recommend the annual membership. I’ve used total tech and saved money on multiple items purchased the last 12 month.

I purchased this game on launch day. Ive spent over 25+ hours and platinum the game. The story is awesome (not as great as the first game). But the controls are tight, visuals are beautiful and its so fun to swing and glide around nyc. And i cannot stress how mind blowing the load times are.

Our Best Buy Membership has saved us a ton of money. We have service on our computers and advice. They install everything when you buy a new computer, help if you need to defrag or it breaks. Also, the service is quick turn around. This last time we got a great discount on a new computer. Thanks, Best Buy!

I think this membership is a great value. I decided to purchase it when I got a new Mac computer. Since that was a big purchase, I wanted to make sure I had access to Apple Care and the Geek Squad incase anything happened. I highly recommend getting this membership.

It is great to get insurance with Geek squad (bestbuy) i had problems with my wife sureface pro bestbuy ended up giving me a store credit because it was not able to be repaired...

Best Buy total is expensive but it does save you a lot of money and if you need a repair they usually do it for free

This membership is one of the best things one can buy. It definitely saves one a lot of money because it provides free service by the Geek Squad, and other goodies. The Geek Squad came out to our home to reprogram the Wi-Fi extenders, got it done quickly and at NO COST to us. Another company had quoted $140 for the job. This membership is well worth its cost!

I love total tech membership because the extended warranty. It is worth it if you shop for electronics alot. It’s can protect your stuff and you have access to geek squad and get installs for free and computer fixing/update for free service. Save alot of time & money. Well worth the price.

Its so important to have Totaltech membership when you have electronics. The Geek squad always comes through. When I was having issues with my new power supply they had me bring the computer instore and it was fixed in less then 24 hours. Im not saying in evey case it will be that fast. but they really know what there doing. Thank you TotalTech!

Haven't had to use many of the membership perks yet, but I appreciate extended return windows and product support! I had to buy a refrigerator and television in the same year so it seemed worth it.

Its a best buy membership, you get the perks, coupons, deals, discounts, all that good jazz.

Have been member since program inception. Every year changes are made that make it less worth the membership and make the program not available proposition.disappointed in Best Buy program.
