This membership is definitely worth it’s value. The geek squad being available 24/7 and being able to have them fix your items is remarkable. Also having a warranty from here on all your products as a total tech member is the best part. I love Best Buy please people become a total tech member

In the Tech Age we’re living in, it’s important to have coverage for all your electronics. Total Tech is a great product.

Have been member since program inception. Every year changes are made that make it less worth the membership and make the program not available proposition.disappointed in Best Buy program.

Everything is covered totally. It says it in the name. It is very hard to get good customer service these days. Best Buy makes the total experience comfortable and reliable.

I signed up forcthis when i bought my PC because i knew if there were operational issues or if i wanted to clean out my older laptops, it would be taken care of.

The customer service at this location was great. The lady helping us did everything she could to be able to give us the best price and discounts available. That’s when she introduced us to this membership and we got all this benefits plus a discount for buying this membership.

I am no computer geek so having help with my purchses is essential. I have used help with my new phone, new computer and clearing out my old computer. So glad I had friendly people who could answer my numerous questions!

I’ve had this for several years… this time it auto renewed by using my debit card and I lost my Ibotta credit ($20) because it did it automatically and defaulted to my debit card instead of my Best Buy credit card. Next year I’ll have to remove all methods of payment and be more in control

Absolutely worth it for someone who shops at Best Buy as much as my wife and I. We own so many appliances from them and it is a comfort to know that we keep our investments safe with the protection that this plan offers.

The value of this membership has diminished over the past couple of years. Benefits have been taken away that used to be included. Specifically, installation of auto components. Not sure if I’ll renown it this next year.

The bust buy work they are nice to work with u explain what is going on and they find the situation of ur item fast ty bestbuy for ur work

Expensive upfront cost, but the coverage of the many products that it covers for me makes it worth keeping.
