A little expensive but I never have to worry about something breaking anymore. They came to my house to fix my printer! Calling also works great.

My goodness they gave a new iPad due to the crack screen and we didn’t pay anything. They replace with a new iPad and it was very convenient.

The best buy membership is the best thing you can get from best buy. My brother and his family has it as well and he’d advise me to get it and it was money well spent. I purchased it when I bought my washer and dryer which cost in excess of $2000 and with the best buy membership, I can save a whole lot with all the benefits that it comes with.

With tech being more advanced recently, to protect my numerous tech items at a fraction of what it would cost, Plus got me free Apple Care for new ipad, I highly recommend this coverage! Covered several times I needed fix!

Been a total tech member for years now. Never had a problem with the service. Comes in handy for everything. Even offers sales and deals just for total tech members. The return policy is great. Gives you some time to see if you love the product or not. Definitely become a member.

Generally, I don't buy service contracts like this, but I had an issue with my computer and it involved backing up the machine and reinstalling the operating system. The Totaltech membership saved me a lot of money, and I have used it for computers, cell phones, and iPads. It is a great service. I renew every year now.

Used it one time, and really wondering if waste if money. ATT continually out to my house because getting laptop 6mbps download, otherwise loaded like a turtle. Yea ATT said i had to many WIFI items attached to system...i have couple camera, printer , thermostats, iPad and and iPhone....but all anyone sells now days is WIFI connected. Finally found out i could purchase a ATT download of 25mbps (live in very rural area), new modem installed nothing changed, on lap top getting a 6 download...cell phone speed check at and ATT equipment showing 30mbps downlead...maybe the laptop? Called Geek Squad 800 number, explained what the problem was...they said they would have to remotely access my laptop, hesitant, but said yes. They spent a couple of hours, deleting programs and downloading, who knows.....download speed to laptop now 24+mbps. Worth the money to have someone know what they are doing work on problem, and didn't have to take it in and leave it either...treated me like a valued customer. When roll over for Geek Squad comes due, I am buying it.

It is a very useful service. When your home appliances such as desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and iPads break down, you can have them repaired. My desktop computer once broke down and crashed frequently. I had it repaired without any additional charges. Service is very good
