This membership is excellenct fir the calue and the perks you get along with it. I use the perks every chance i get including the ability to have my pc or gadgets looked at by someone who can help and give me positive feedback on what is going on ir what i can do to improve the performance on them.

Felt BestbBuy membership was miss represented. Can't just buy 1 year up front have to wait till it is up for renewal. Can't call the store directly and speak to people who worked on your computer. I had to drive back down to the store an hour away so the could finish setting up my computer after they told me it was complete and ready to use. The store manager didn't acknowledge their error Customer service really went down hill compared to previous years.

The Guys and gal geeks were awesome to my PC. I had ransomeware on my gaming pc and they took excellent are of my setup. Took less than a week. I highly recommend the total membership if youre a gamer or basically live on your computer.

I recommend total tech to anyone who buys more than three things from Best Buy. There are discounts on products and services and several perks with Geek Squad. I know nothing about technology but my membership lets me easily schedule geek squad appointments and get some things for free!

I was given this membership with a full amount discount when purchased SONY Bravia TV. The delivery & installation (wall mount) was free, amazing customer service by Geak Squad. All of that by itself would’ve cost me this price.

This membership paid for itself year to year for two plus years. Such a relief not to have to worry about expensive installment and hauling services. Response to requests for adjustments to installment have been easy to request with timely response. I recommend this membership, especially for Seniors.
