HIGHLY recommend investing in this membership! In-store appointments are easy, remote assistance for many issues is extremely helpful with most being resolved efficiently and quickly. Though my father didn't have such a great experience in-store, due to poor customer service, we stand by the TotalTech membership overall as valuable.

I was glad to have this protection had my tv mounted on the wall with no charge, came out did check on a stove that I did not purchase from best buy, I decided to purchase a new stove from Best Buy. The best goodbye people were pretty good about the warranty package and it covers everything I bought my refrigerator my stove my wash and my driver dryer my TV and my Yamaha stereo so it's pretty cool for I think it's $200 a year as long as I paid every year if they ever blow up I get him replaced so I'm pretty happy

I did enjoy it however with the economy, i had to cancel. I wish I could keep my membership but ut became too expensive for me unfortunately
