I would very much highly recommend buying this if you are getting any type of appliance or electronic or any kind of device From Best Buy then do yourself a favor and please buy the protection. Became a TotalPlus member to purchase appliances and electronics in bulk. Did not disappoint for the cost of savings, free warranty, and installation.

I am very excited to have this membership. This is because i know Samsung customer service isn't the best but have never had a problem with Best Buy. So having the coverage from you all and not having to deal with the outside source is good.

The Total Tech membership has been well worth the investment. I let it lapse and “paid the price” for that. This time I’ll make sure it doesn’t lapse.

Total membership changed to the present terms at my renewal. The change eliminated some good aspects but the new membership still has desirable features and will save me money for Geek Squad services.

If you are really into tech you should definitely get TotalTech. You pay a yearly membership with protection of all of your purchases! Most of them can go up to 2 years. If you don’t like the product you can simply return and exchange during the period. You get 2 days shipping or even on the day itself. Member discounts and exclusive access too!

This makes me feel safe at night knowing when my ferret is climbing around and an accidental fall of my computer going on the ground can be bad but don't worry, geek squads got you covered and now I can dream about crusades and great customer service from best buy that I receive every time!!

Great service and saves me a lot of money through the year in installation, service, maintenance or warranty costs. Only worth it if you are buying, installing or upgrading things constantly. I bought a new house and slowly but surely added many appliances and consumer electronics.
