Great value. With my Airbook purchase it came with geek squad and Apple Care, and all other items I buy under my account are covered under the program so I don’t have to buy a protection plan for each Item. You also get additional perks like membership discounts and extend return periods.

Great product. Only downside is for the amount of honest reviews ive written, and the amount of money ive spent….. it sure would be nice to get a further discount or “win” the $400 gift card we are entered to “win” by writing these things.

the membership is really helpful. as someone who uses a gaming pc and might need any repairs or upgrades, the reduced prices and covered fees for repairs is a huge help.

My Hard drive died and the computer would not boot. I brought the computer into Best Buy in Holyoke with no appointment. I have totaltech membership and they tookin the computer. They were able to fixe it and gave me a call within the week to pick up the computer as well a a portable hardrive with a complete backup of the computer,

i took my cpu to get it put toghether, without the membership was going to cost around 1,300 because they charge per piece, and with the purchase of the membership they do it for free. and they geek squad did a great job

We absolutely LOVE our Best Buy Total Protection Plan!! We are older and have very limited tech knowledge, but the Geek Squad always treats us with the utmost respect and patience! Having the “Total” plan just gives us such peace of mind. LOVE IT!!

So far all of the money saved has been worth the membership for me. I’ve had a couple radio/audio installs in my cars, some installs of appliances and electronic purchases that if I would have purchased protection plans and paid for delivery and install services, I would have spent so much more. Definitely worth it if you have plans on getting stuff done!
