I was dubious about Total Tech at first but once I understood how much it would help me, I was sold. I think it's a great service and I have taken advantage of many of the components. It's a good value and gives me peace of mind when I don't feel comfortable with an aspect of a new device or new technology.

I have been going to best buy for years now. I want to say 20+ years. And they have always impressed me with customer service. Now with the total membership I feel they are helping the old and new customers out. Loyalty comes a long way and best but is showing that with this membership

Didn't really have the opportunity to use the benefits of the membership, but it gave us peace of mind if anything anything needed to be repaired during the extended warranty period.

Appliance sales staff at the Superstition location was knowledgeable and helpful to me in making my washer and dryer selection. Delivered was quick (2 days), updates on delivery time was a blessing in that I didn’t need to wait all day. Delivery was quick and technician was polite and thorough.

The membership itself may be a good deal, but I was advised to purchase it because it would cover the cost of looking at my Mac and retrieving the data of possible. Upon picking up the Mac I was informed it could not be repaired and due to being a Mac they would not be allowed to retrieve the data anyway. I canceled the membership and had a portion refunded. But feel like I should have been told they could not do this at the beginning and then I would not have lost $100 that was non refundable.
