This membership is beneficial for someone who is not too "techie." I guess even those who are more knowledgeable can benefit. I like that I can get the help when I need it. I trust the team members who assist me.

Sales person recommended this and right off it saved over $200 when I had files transferred from my old laptop to the new HP laptop. Also extends the warranty on the new laptop.

Getting this membership saved me a lot of money on having my desk top fixed. The Geek Squad was the best. Matt and Jose explained everything that was going on with my desktop.

I am happy to have peace of mind with my new laptop. I am also happy that I can call whether I am at home or away on vacation. A friend has this same membership and she recommended it to me. I feel better knowing that I can get advice and information if needed.

I thought this was a great deal. Thought I could count on the geek squad for tech support. My first time calling was a bust. The gentleman I spoke to was not accommodating. And he ended the call by hanging up on me. I called a neighbor to assist me with my problem. I know everyone has bad days, but I hope this never happens to me again.

It provides piece of mind that if I have an issue, I can get help quickly on line or in person. The fact you get two year apple care is another plus
