I recently had someone try and hack into my laptop. This service assisted me remotely and cleaned up the hacker mess and ensured I had no spy or malware installed. They also increased the speed of my laptop. Totally worth the money!

Beautiful excellent good quality love it it’s great I can say no more than what it is. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and people they do know what they’re doing. Plus I like it. It’s perfect.

Membership was a great value. I saved a lot with radio installation.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the protection plan I purchased annually protection plan for household electronics. I regret to say that I found the plan to be of little value and cannot recommend it to others. During the period of coverage, I experienced the problem that this plan is not covered my laptop, which I believed would be covered under the protection plan as per the Sales rep who offered the plan with my purchase of a TV in BestBuy. However, when I attempted to raise a Service request, I was informed that your personal laptop was denied and not covered by the agent. I found the protection plan to be costly and not provide the protection that I was looking for. In light of my experience, I would advise others considering this plan to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Using the services once or twice pays for itself. If you want car speakers installed or a pc troubleshoot and repair you wont find a better value

We totally depend on the experts at Totaltech membership. They have always quickly solved any issue or problem we had. We know exactly know where to go for peace of mind that it will get fixed.

Geek squad helped me in a bind and quickly might I add I needed my laptop completely fixed before I started school they had it finished within two days tops ! They understood my frustration and helped me To the best of there ability

my phone suffered damage when it fell to the ground. i contacted totaltech and made an appointment. The techs were friendly and courteous. my phone was repaired in minutes. i was impressed how easy it was to have my phone repaired.

The Best Buy Totaltech Membership was a lot better before they changed the program. I would recommend it with caution.

This membership is definitely worth it. Bought an appliance package for our new home and we saved a ton on delivery and in home installation. And our products are covered in case anything goes wrong. Gives us peace of mind.

Worth the price! I had two TV’s mounted to my walls and it cost 1/3 of the price that it would have if I didn’t have Total Tech. The Geek Squad members who installed the TV’s were thorough in helping understand how to work the TV, etc. Definitely worth it.

I didn’t know I was forced to buy this, hopefully it was free… but I never used this or even knew I had it. Apparently I paid for 2 years. So there’s that.

This membership was a great deal as I’ve taken computers in there to have rebuilt with the pieces I’ve gotten from Best Buy and knowing that they would stand behind them just makes me happy
