Appliance sales staff at the Superstition location was knowledgeable and helpful to me in making my washer and dryer selection. Delivered was quick (2 days), updates on delivery time was a blessing in that I didn’t need to wait all day. Delivery was quick and technician was polite and thorough.

The membership itself may be a good deal, but I was advised to purchase it because it would cover the cost of looking at my Mac and retrieving the data of possible. Upon picking up the Mac I was informed it could not be repaired and due to being a Mac they would not be allowed to retrieve the data anyway. I canceled the membership and had a portion refunded. But feel like I should have been told they could not do this at the beginning and then I would not have lost $100 that was non refundable.

I have been a Besy Buy Total Member for 2 years. It is a really great deal for saving money on purchase and extended warrantys on all my electronics. Plus free Free Geek Squad Assistance. It's well with the money.

This is definitely one of the subscriptions of all time. Really, if you like buying a ton of stuff, this will pay for itself with those warranties baby! Or just come up wit some bs for geeksquad to do, get a free ring doorbell installation or something. Just make sure to take advantage of your advantages given from this membership of all time

Definitely the way to go. I have had this for several years and it has been well worth it. They are talking about the new one so not sure what changes are going to be made on it but what I have now is great. Have used for installation and repairs.

I wasn’t gonna get it at first then I took the leap and I’d honestly say if you plan to make purchases with Best Buy you should acquire this

This membership has already paid for itself since I had two computers lock up at about the same time. Geek Squad recovered most of my information and saved the day. Only downside was that the backup was one huge folder on the hard drives and I have had to track down all of my old files and reinstall them where they need to be.

The included 2-year service plans on every purchase is worth the price alone. The rest of the benefits are gravy.

I love Best Buy Total Tech and recommend it to everyone! The price is unbeatable for the services provided if you purchase all of your electronics & appliances from Best Buy. My TVs have all came with free wall mounting in my home and my appliances offer extra warranty for peace of mind!

The Geek squard service was great and very professional, they answered every question and guided us thru the process. Cant same about the call center who failed to notify the techbician of the correct time therefore causing much confusion and unnecessary adjustments had tobe made.

This membership is good for you, if you really need insurance coverage for your Apple products and any other gadgets. If you frequently shop from Best Buy, this is your best best.

The membership was great, although I only had to use it once. The webpage leaves a lot to be desired, when trying to end my service membership. Only half the page was able to be viewed. I guessed and I hope successful. Now I get a notice that I made a "purchase" when I dont want to renew.
