ROB AT GEEK SQUAID WAS A GREAT HELP IN SOLVING 365 EMAIL INSTALLATION, ALSO SIGNED ME UP FOR TOTALTECH. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND SUGGESTED I REMOVE AN APP FROM CCLEANER. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE DESKTOP HOME, SUGGESTED I LEAVE LAPTOP FOR SHOP TO CLEAN UP AND INSTALL 365, TIME CONSTRAINTS

I already save a lot of money with my membership and geek squad service really good.

I’ve bought plenty of monitors and always put this protection plan on everything I’ve bought. Can’t never go wrong with this. If you have any issues with your product just simply bring it back to the geek squad crew and you can replace your item or get what you paid in full as store credit and use it towards what ever you want to purchase next.

This membership card gives me many benefits. I recommend it.

This membership has very great value, saves quite a bit of money, tons of great deals on products and best of all geek squad is there to help all the time with whatever you need wether it’s to guide you through in person or over the phone they are there to help. Best Buy total is great!!

For what is offered, if wouldn't go without this protection. When I would by something of value, I would also purchase a protection plan. Now, I just shop for all my electronics at Best Buy and it's covered. Even certain things that were purchased outside of Best Buy have limited coverage, you can't beat that.

Very unhappy, at first. I only gave this 4 stars as the person I was in chat with seemed to not understand the problem I needed help with. I had to call to finally get someone who could help; received in home Tech..and was very pleased with his help. To me, if you have a computer, the membership is the way to go.

I have had a Totaltech membership for a number of years since my PC's hard drive died. They were amazing and quick. My PC is better than ever. I have experienced several issues throughout the house and they have been spot-on in the diagnosis and resolution. Can't possibly imagine having any technology in my house without the Totaltech support.

I had a great experience purchasing my membership. I needed a new computer for work and did not have any issues with figuring out what technology and plans worked out for me. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Total tech has paid for itself, it provides the extended coverage on my electronics. Was able to save me a thousand dollars on an older tv repair when the mother board went out. Definitely will continue to be a member and I love the additional deals available as a total tech member.

My first time as a member and having a protection plan plus benefits with products being purchased from the store is really great to have.

The membership was a little pricey but I got it just in case to be on the safe side it warranties everything even if you drop it if you accidentally spill something on it it is a great program I would recommend it to anybody
