After dealing with computer and Geek Squad issue for 3 weeks I'm questioning why I paid for this. I am requesting a total refund with total coverage after #1. Geek Squad tech deleted pictures that I can no longer retrieve and asking Lenovo to see what they can do for me. I paid Lenovo $119 for diagnostics when Geek Squad caused issues. #2. While trying into get computer to recognize scanner, I allowed geek tech access to my printer. Afterwards, did I not only have conductivity with my scanner, I now had new conductivity issues with my printer. After numerous tech support encounters, where I spent a total of over 10 hours over the span of 2 days in front of my computer and on the phone. I even had a tech disconnect from our session after 3 hours when they couldn't find a resolution for my issues. They just left me hanging high and dry. After being so frustrated with the ineptitude of the techs I had contact with, i spent 45 minutes troubleshooting my system, including scanner, printer, and computer, I resolved the issue by myself. I'm a 65 year-old, computer tech illiterate, I had to figure out the issues I had with my system by myself. What am I paying you people for? So I can sit on the phone and in front of my computer for an inordinate amount of time and become disconnected, on purpose from a tech, and then have to figure out the issues by myself. I have requested numerous times contact with a supervisor and manager

Our membership is great, it gives us relief in knowing we can contact someone when having issues with our computer/printer. Less stress when you don’t know all about this technology.

I've been meaning to get away from Amazon and so far this is the closest to getting a leg up on Amazon. With other benefits as well. I hope additional features get added in the future as more users jump on.

So far, this service is, 'OK' My biggest complaint is that the call desk is off shore, and the team there is hard to hear due to weak lines. They also seem to want to get you off the phone as fast as possible, and take the easiest route forward as opposed to proper troubleshooting. That I get free installs, and extended warranties is now worth it, with what I have purchased.

This is a great value for people who have one device or several devices. You not only can bring your devices in but theres a hotline number to help you troubleshoot any device issues over the phone and you can also opt to have the geek squad come to your house. Very worth while.

Too much for me. I only wanted Word, e-mail, and pictures. This is far fancier than I needed. On the other hand, the young men on the Geek Squad were very helpful. They answered my questions and were very patient. Brandon, Oscar, and Reg (?) were excellent.
