I purchased this pc from my local best buy and had a great experience was easy to pick up and they awnsered all my questions 10/10

We had a brand new MacBook Air go down due to the magnetic charging port quit working. This was a Birthday present for my wife, but Best Buy took care of us. We got it exchanged hassle free!

I have had Geek Squad members to my home several times in my first year of membership. Each has been courteous and knowledgeable. When they did not have the answer they were able to get it. The total tech price is a genuine bargain. I will be happy to pay it again next year (I have already gotten that much value). Keep up the good work Best Buy!

I ALWAYS buy a warranty with every purchase. I did see the offer for 'MY TOTAL TECH", but never really read up on it. After a bit I finally read through the details and thought it was a win- win situation to invest a trite amount of money for such broad, excellent coverage! Everyone should invest in this policy!

I went to the store to get a replacement screen cover for my cellphone and the afent who assisted me was very professional but friendly at the same time. She took her time looking on my account for the warranty for my screen protector. And ahe did an amazong job of replacing it.

This is great to have! Impulses it when I bought my phone last year and now have 2 years of Apple care along with it. Plus my computer I bought was covered and my kindle. Items I used to purchase on Amazon I will buy now at Best Buy so I don’t have to buy any extended warranties!
