This is great to have! Impulses it when I bought my phone last year and now have 2 years of Apple care along with it. Plus my computer I bought was covered and my kindle. Items I used to purchase on Amazon I will buy now at Best Buy so I don’t have to buy any extended warranties!

Apple Care and Best Buy protection plans come with most of your purchases with this membership. If you’re someone who insures all your tech, then this makes the most fiscal sense. Purchasing protection plan for each of my new devices exceed the annual cost. Well worth it.

The team did an amazing job explaining the process and how it would go. They were very friendly to me and I find that a good buisness needs 2 things. Good customer service and knowledgeable peoppe behind whatever they do.

This membership really saved me quite a bit of money. I needed my hard drive replaced on my work computer. It was cheaper to buy the membership than to pay for the repair separately. And, the membership covers 2 other devices as well. Definitely recommend.

Besides the protection and confidence, the Best Buy Total membership gives us special deals. We also us the Best Buy Credit Card for bonus cash. If you buy a lot of electronic products, this is the way to go as everything you buy is protected.

Membership is a real value. Getting items at a better discount would recommend to anyone. Delivery early perks etc. Worth paying the extra money!

I have been a GEEK SQUAD member for years. Just having the SQUAD at hand and doing the work online really helps as I am rural liver with 40 miles to the nearest BEST BUY. We just had a new tv and sound bar installed.

Originally got it because I needed to get my new TV installed and mounted and the way the financials worked it was cheaper to buy the subscription than to just pay for the install a la carte. However, I wound up using it again later in the year for a different tech issue and that was really nice.

I have had it in the past. The service was fast and easy.

This membership is the best thing i could of invested in!! I already saved hundreds of dollars. Plus they even fixed 2 of my broken laptops for completely free!!! I couldn’t believe it! The items you wanna get serviced don’t even have to be bought in store, it’s actually crazy how many perks there is to having this membership!

If I ever have to use it, it will be worth the money I paid

Every time I purchase something from Best Buy I don't leave the store without this coverage. My daughter had a laptop that the charger port was damaged and because I had this service it didn't cost anything get the laptop replaced. I look forward to the same security with this service on my new devices.
