    I’m at a loss for words. I wish I had never purchased this or even shopped at Best Buy. Every single time I need support or an answer I get someone who gives me completely false information. Almost all of the time this false information costs me, whether it’s money or my time. I shouldn’t have to call in 5 separate times to verify that the information the agent before is correct, but with Best Buy it is always a matter of some high value item that they either can’t deliver, can’t service, can’t find the order for, or some ridiculous chain of events. When I bought my Samsung fridge, microwave and gas stove from them I didn’t realize it would take 2 weeks just to setup the appointments for delivery and installation. When they were finally setup and it came to it, the contractor said they were here for the installation. Well, the products hadn’t even been delivered yet. Any of them. And when they finally fixed it and set it up correctly there wasn’t just one delivery date or installation date, there were separate days for all of them. In total, I had over 7 appointments and still hadn’t gotten the microwave or oven installed. I ended up canceling and going to Lowe’s who had it delivered and installed within 3 days…. Fast forward through many hair pulling, jaw droppingly abysmal instances of horrible customer service, here I am again saying I wish I never bought this membership because of the financial losses AND the time I’ve lost. I’ve definitely paid over the $200 it costs to buy this membership. Screw it, I refuset

    This service has been a blessing for me. I am reasonably knowledgeable with computers and softwar,d but having Geek Squad to help is well worth the cost.

    If you buy a lot of electronics or plan on making big purchases; it’s worth it to have the free 2 year warranty on everything.

    This membership is worth it. Everything you would need is included. When you least expect it you will use it. I recently had some severe issues with my laptop and they were more than happy to help. In the end they replaced my laptop for the same model brand new and I did not have to pay anything.

    A great program to get into if you are going to be making multiple large appliance purchases back to back. It easily paid for itself and then some. The warranty offered is also a great addition due to never knowing if the technology you’re purchasing will actually work properly

    Awful geek squad service was it a rare occurrence?

    They broke the plate under the keys when replacing the hard drive that I paid them another $35 over the service contract price and ruined my computer as a laptop telling me they could not be repair, and try somewhere else to go. What kind of service is this. They should have given me a new equivalent laptop. Instead, they gave me a used keyboard to bypass the laptop keyboard, which is extremely awkward and uncomfortable to use, and cannot do so, They failed their contractual duty, and requested online a refund for the service, never got a refund.

    I purchased because I bought an open box item and for the free installation service but the store couldn’t schedule an installer for several weeks. So I installed a 77” OLED TV myself. It was super simple to install so I cancelled the installation appointment. Haven’t needed the warranty yet but glad I have it.

    I pounced on this tv after thoroughly researching its specs and kept finding how similar it is to their flagship model the C3. For the price to me it was the steal of a lifetime. Price relaxation and an upgrade from my Sony x900h. So happy i bought this tv! Phenomenal value. I hope this helps someone!
