Total membership is a minimum. I don’t think I will ever buy from somewhere that doesn’t have a similar program.

I mean, it's not bad- but it's not great either. If your someone who orders frequently from best buy this may be a good option with the free shipping. However, not for the average person who goes in a few times a year. I had to pick it up for geek squad, but ultimately took my PC somewhere else to get fixed. Not a bad deal, just not great either.

To be hones, this pays for its self. I've had a few appliances delivered and old ones hauled away for free. I recently bought a new laptop and it was $100 off to total members. Extended warranties, etc. I love the expertise of the in store associates and will shop at best buy so it has been a great buy for me.

I keep this because of the warranty on the products I buy and the service personnel when you call are always courteous, but it’s not a 4 out of 5 star because I believe overall the original package when I purchase in 2021 was better.

I'm glad to have this plan period the fact that I have kids that break their tablets and sometimes mess with my laptop because of having them. I have been able to secure my products that I purchase from them. And every damage that I've had on them, they've been replaced with little of nothing to pay.

I think I purchased a handful of items while I had the total tech membership. I’d get it again if I could actually afford it and had the money to buy items throughout the year.

The total tech program is great. It allows specific discounts, anytime tech help, and the work is free. Ive taken my PC’s in a couple of times and they have helped with troubleshooting and installation. Great overall subscribtion.

My total membership entitles me to a refund is the price on a purchase reduces within 60 days of my transaction. However, the is not automatic. One must find the lower price and then apply for a refund. I have spoken with 3 different store employees and 4 different people in the Best Buy call center. Each has contradicted another - time consuming and frustrating experience. The effort is rarely worth the outcome. Makes me regret paying for a total membership. The entire process is a clown show with little regard for customers.
