My total membership entitles me to a refund is the price on a purchase reduces within 60 days of my transaction. However, the is not automatic. One must find the lower price and then apply for a refund. I have spoken with 3 different store employees and 4 different people in the Best Buy call center. Each has contradicted another - time consuming and frustrating experience. The effort is rarely worth the outcome. Makes me regret paying for a total membership. The entire process is a clown show with little regard for customers.

Bought Total Tech and have used them three times I am more that happy with the service and their knowledge. I also left my laptop to be fixed in store.
