REGRET SIGNING UP NO CALL BACKS, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE REP AT STORE TRIED 7TIMES TO OBTAIN STATUS ON AN ORDER OR RIGHT REP ALL ONLY ADVISE GOING IN STORE FOR A STATUS REALLY NOT 3 DAY TURN AROUND UNABLE TO OBTAIN UP TO DATE STATUS

I bought this because bb implied that it would make a Switch OLED become available, but that has not been the case, so I'm disappointed.

Everything we were told about it turns out to be false. No priority delivery, in fact delivery was canceled. Multiple phone calls and chats. Nothing resolved. Round in circles trying to cancel. "Priority" chat / customer service is a joke. Save your money.

The person that sold us this lied multiple times about this membership covered everything we are currently buying, BUT also covers everything we have ever bought from Best Buy. I was forced to put 1 star

Worst service ever!!! They will literally call you 30 minutes before your appointment time and say they can’t make it and want to reschedule. Save your money . I have been rescheduled twice. Horrible service!!

Maybe you get to people that can't help you faster? That's good right?

For repairs I do not recommend it but to make an exchange

Doesn’t save you money and never am able purchase any exclusive items they say you have access to. Most of the support is same and not worth it. Customer service is not very helpful.

Bought a open box item that was defective. I was told as a Totaltech member I can purchase through best buy with confidence. That was a lie. I was charge a service fee and got the run around to put it in nice words! Never again!

They rescheduled the washer dryer installation twice only to fail to schedule the washer installation so we have to schedule it separately from the dryer, despite them claiming to have rescheduled everything for us. Terrible service, do not recommend.

Membership was a absolute waste of money and time…… not sure why this is even a thing….. so glad I cancelled

They advertised early acces to consoles. lies two drops and nothing for memberships last two thursdays for everybody but nothing for total tech members

waste of time and money the people with totaltech dont help out with anything they dont even work for bestbuy .. they have no access to account info ect.. nothing more than normal customers have, also i still have to wait on hold for phne inquirys

Don’t like how you can’t opt out of the yearly membership. Maybe give a option for just a one year membership and I’ll change my review. Till then I’m just gonna cancel my membership

I have already had 2 appointments with total tech and they still can’t set up my tv / entertainment system correctly. I have been trying to get them to come back and they still haven’t come to fix it. The people that came to my home were rude and refused to wear a mask.

I purchased an appliance and had an appointment where installers did not show up. All services are being out sourced and this has been a very bad experience

THIS MEMBERSHIP IS NOT A GOOD VALUE, THE TECHNICIANS IN THE LOCAL STORE IN WARNER ROBINS , GA. STORE WAS NOT FRIENDLY. THE MACON GEORGIA STORE TOTAL TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT HE CAN'T WORK ON SAMSUNG CELL PHONES WITH OR WITHOUT A RESERVATION.

Over priced and doesn’t work, tried buying a console for my sibling and it won’t even let me. No worth it.

so if you have any issues with your plan the people you call can not do anything!! and the failures of this program are insuring i go elsewhere for my tech needs in the future. they have left me with thousand of dollars in products unprotected.

Terrible service to not purchase it. Every time I called I got rerouted to at least 10 people typically the line would go dead and I would have to start all over again. Most of the agents work from home and struggle to connect to a manager. A couple of them even refused to transfer me.
