This is a great membership to have. You will get discounts that non total tech customers won't get and the 2 year warranty included on electronic purchases is a big plus for me. Not to mention the free shipping on all online orders.

If you buy a lot of products and want a blanket warranty which a catch it’s worth it. There is a deductible for accidental damage and if your membership expires so does your protection.

this is totally worth it. Had issues with an oven that was delivered and it was replaced easily. Worth it just for free delivery on appliances. Like the total tech pricing on items as well. Please don't change this Best Buy!

I love total te h its worth every penny. When you dont have time to swap compitor parts or need someyhing fixed. They are there to talk and hlep you when you need it most. And always do a steller job.

Great support and coverage. I was unable to schedule a service online and was able to do so immediately through a total tech customer support agent. Definitely worth the added protection and service, it basically pays for itself.

This was such a good buy! I’ve been able to use it in case of malfunctions with any of my products. They’ve always been super responsive and able to set up my appointments same day.

This membership has saved me over 300 dollars so far this year. It’s worth the annual price. I wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of the free delivery and haul away for appliances though.
