More than worth it for the purchase protection alone. I've been a member for 3 years now. A bummer that they took away the free install services, but still a worthwhile investment.

I'm so impressed with Totaltech. I recently purchased a new laptop and they transferred my existing data efficiently and in a timely manner. I also experienced another minor issue and it was resolved immediately (turned out to be user error on my part). Great value, comfort and security.

Good overall & worth the money for the subscription! my BEST BUY total used to offer in home service also but no more. I do a every 4 to 6 mo tuneup on my PC & lap top to keep it running best.

Geek squad has been very resourceful. Easy to make appointment for updates.

My Best Buy Total (new) benefits include the same as TotalTech with the exception of in-home Geek Squad service now has a charge. It would be nice if My Best Buy Total would include at least one or two in-home Geek Squad services per year per member.

Best Buys total protection is great for those who purchase from this store frequently. It beats having to spend the money on individual protection plans, which can become costly.

If your are in the process of slowly upgrading your pc I recommend it it covers all parts you purchase plus free installation and programming the tech squad even made sure on parts purchased that it was tried and updates to pc itself was done. Covers anything bought in the store phones pc ect

This membership is a real value. For the yearly cost, you can’t beat it it basically pays itself off within one purchase. If you visit Best Buy and purchase more than once or twice a year, I absolutely recommend this. There’s just so many perks with this membership.
