Having a positive support team and back up for products purchased is a great feature. It also provides 2 year warrant protection on any items purchased, Plus, you can return items with no hassle up to 60 days after purchase.

The membership has been nothing but positive for me as I love technology I always feel reassured that every purchase has a two year warranty in any case my purchases fall short within the duration. They also have really good deals exclusive to those on the membership which is a bonus.

Membership is good. But you started charging for delivery set up etc. understand why people would sign up get delivery and then cancel, why do people that have been members for years have to pay? Or maybe when you renew the nest year get a refund.

Membership can be a lifesaver when you equipments fails and you need to repair it. I no longer have any equipment that I need to have service by Best Buy. If i did have a need I would certain without fail continue my membership. Thank for your service provided last November.

If you plan on buying and installing a bunch of electronics at home or in your car, this is a great deal. Scheduling can be an issue at times but still can save a bunch of money.

I got this membership for the Geek Squad support since I had some laptops that I needed help with cleaning up and I didn't have the software for it. I haven't used their other benefits so can't speak to those, but the Geek Squad has been useful so far.

Easily one of the very best decisions ive ever made was buying Total care w/ Geek Squad. Ive been saved from major hacking(s) by the Geeks. Love 'em. The many other services provided under Best buy Total are fantastic and I'm not so easily impressed.

This member service for me is a great value. I have used it towards purchase's and have saved money. The other stores all want you to pay for delivery and the tech support and extended warranty that comes with it is a savings also. I am glad I have it.
