Absolutely useless. Would not recommend to a friend or enemy.

I am very unsatisfied with my Total Tech membership. Best Buy promised that all costs were covered with installation and refuses to make it right when their subcontractor charged almost $100 extra.

Can not get through. Tried my phone and waited 30 minutes. Chat took 15 min to talk to some one. The service is too slow for price.

This is a joke and is the worst decision I have made in a long time. You're better off burning your money in the middle of the street.

What a waste of money. I called everyday for a week and got hung up on 5 times. Its been 2 weeks and i stull cant schedule an install.

I bought an iMac 27", TotalTech membership and from a lady at the Geek Squad counter made an appointment to have a data transfer performed in my home. NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT?

I ordered this so I could get help installing all of the components for my Sonos sound system. HA! It was worthless. Never did see a tech and ended up having to integrate everything myself

So far I am not pleased with my purchase with the tech support. It took me two days and five different people to get an in home appointment.

This is a classical case of bait and switch. Been jumping through the hoops to get the services as advertised on the website. I will go ahead and return the smarthome product to the store and see if I can cancel this!

Purchased this with computer and printer. Was told that wait time for installation would be 7-10 days. How about 6 weeks. Not happy!!!!

poor support, it said 24/7 but when i try to do a live chat, 80 mins waiting lol

Auto renew was added! It wasn't quite clear and removing it is a "process" { not a simple item under "Manage your Membership }

At the Madison Best Buy, NO TECHNICIANS, they were never at the store. They created their own schedules which was NO Schedule!

So far is been an utter nightmare. The staff are kind when they arrive at your house but getting him here it’s like NASA trying to get spaceship to Mars. 4+ hours on thr phone and still no install. Horrible!!!!

very difficult to get in touch with representative. they will find all excuses in the book not to serve you.

Always a problem, never a solution. Store managers are the onlynones who care and will do anything. Dont waste your time calling

If I could give this service a zero star rating I would. Installers are horrible, can’t get help by phone. The store manager is the only helpful person I have encountered.

Returned computer for refund after 3 days. Cancelled totalteck membership and was charged $19.66 for prorated cancellation fee.

Don't trust! They cancelled my appt and no refund!

They can’t finish the job. Still waiting. And still waiting and still waiting. They probably won’t come back. Waste of money
