Love having this membership and not having to worry so much when an issue arises with our electronics. It is a bit sadder every year when it seems the membership is the same price but less items are being covered. However, I still find it beneficial and will keep.

Required for the year protection program from Best Buy. Bought an Asus ROG Ally, and having peace of mind that its protected for any hardware issues. The Asus ROG Ally was pricey, so its a must have to protect your investment

So far, I am very happy I purchased this. I ended up needing to upgrade a cell phone and then jumped on the bandwagon for an Apple Watch. The Apple protection was a huge bonus for these. I then needed a new computer all of a sudden, and was able to use that you file transfer with included geek squad help. This has been a great buy for me this year.

I used the total-tech service a lot this year, fixing printer, installing PC, TV, security camera. I didn’t have to pay any extra money but the one time membership fee. If I went to a different company, I was spending lots of $$$. I even recommended my relative who are not good at operating their PC. I would recommend to others.

My Totaltech membership is great. It has paid for itself many times over. Get great suort and benefits by having it.
