I truly enjoy being a total tech member. Great value for the money. To get extended warranty on product, longer return period, hassle free to swap out a product or repairs. member pricing. I renew every year since Best Buy is my go to for electronics.

Being part of the total members has been great. You are able to receive special discounts or offers. The most important thing is that you have all the products under the membership protected and with free installation.

Love having the total tech. I run a photography business and love knowing if I have any issues with my laptop the geek squad is there to help. I also just purchased a car stereo for my son. This offers free installation.

The techs with heavy foreign accent are hard to understand. Some problems the techs could not understand. Had windows 11 installed. Some of my apps would not work so I had windows 10 installed. Apps that worked before would not work after windows 10 was reinstalled. those apps worked with the original windows 10. Techs could not fix it. Now under new rules the customer is charged additional for each service

I love the Geek Squad! Knowledgeable, patient and kind to a non -tech person, I am always learning from them. They fix my problems and I get discounted product for being a member. Great deal. Shout out to Lucas!

Endless tech support and installation for one price yearly, this is a smart move when anything you cant fix goes wrong, and it gives you a longer warranty on all yoir gadgets bought while your subscription is active

If you buy a lot of stuff it's great if you don't it's probably not worth it. It does have more services than you expect but most you don't use.

Needed the protection for all of my electronics even my automated pet feeder

I had no idea that it included the 2 year warranty on the products I buy. I always pay for the extended warranty and to have a service that covers my products and offer additional discounts, I am sold. I wish I became a member sooner.

How am I paying for a membership and protection plan and still can't get help? Id. Appreciate it. If i were treated like a valued customer after spending tens of thousands of dollars with bestbuy over the span of my entire life, to me I told him membership just made me look like a fool, for the manager who laughed me out of the store when I asked about a replacement getting a replacement phone in store because that's what an associate told me cuz of the rent that was the reason I bought the protection plan, so protection plan and total membership is not a bullet proof insurance. The s23 ultra was supposed to be stronger than any before it but it's actually a delicate dainty little thing that can't handle the daily life of a human. How about three Replacements so far anytime I go through this it's a nightmare dealing with it. After getting this phone repaired I'm done dealing with Best Buy

I took this membership without being sur if it was worth it to get. We actually used it on several device and on car radio installation. Process was easy and convenient. Super happy we have it.
