Efficient delivery and set up by the Geek Squad members; had my new LG OLED TV set up in just a few minutes. Gives me peace of mind knowing they will be there for me when needed for my computer, printer, etc. should problems occur in the future.

Definitely not worth it, I didn't even save as much with the membership as I paid for it itself. And when I called geek squad because that's a benefit in as a member they were rude and couldn't help resolve my issue I knew more then they did

…has not been a good one, with the exception of their sales people, who are wonderful!! … I spent over $10,000, in a matter of a few months, replacing all of my appliances, as well as buying a computer, and printer. I also purchased their Total Tech plan, which was awesome, at that time. They ended up having to replace the refrigerator 4 times, the stove 3 times, and the microwave 2 times, in a matter of months. Thank gawd i had the Total Tech plan! Then they changed it! Now, its not nearly as valuable an asset as it once was. And because i didnt re-up to their “new” plan, items that were purchased, just 3 months earlier, were no longer covered. If they had told me that new items bought under the old plan, a few months earlier, would no longer be covered, unless i bought their new plan, i would have went somewhere else, due to my experience with their appliances. So, why would i want to buy their new plan, when the coverage went way down, but the price went way up? This whole thing has made me feel takrn advantage of, by the company, not the sales people…they dont make the rules, they are only forced to follow them. So, BEWARE! Their “in-store” warranty is only good if you continue to pay for the next (reduced coverage, higher cost) plan. :-< ……Note: I also purchased an expensive set of Beats for my phone, because their “store warranty” replaces them if they become damaged, or you lose one. Well, 3 months after purchasing them, i lost one, but they are no longer warrated, even tho i was told it would be for a year…THEY HAVE LOST THIS CUSTOMER.

Getting membership was the smartest decision ever made. Definitely an asset with many perks besides the great tech support.

This a fantastic membership to best buy My Best Buy total membership is awesome. You will get member discount and when you buy a product you a protection plan for free when you are member of the Best Buy Total.

This membership, is still a value for help with any repairs that may be needed. However, I do not like the fact that free shipping was taken off the membership. That was part of the reason we signed up for it. Very disappointed that it was removed as part of the membership.

This is a great deal and has already saved me a lot of money. Bought a laptop and within 3 months something happened and I had to get a brand new one and I didn’t have to pay anything because it was under the protection plan

I am extremely happy with Best Buys TotalTech. I had a problem with Office 365 struggle with it for months. Then I remembered I had signed up for Totaltech. I called and within minutes the problem was resolved. I will be a member for life.

This has definitely come in handy. So glad I purchased it. My fridge has the ice balls on the bottom and it quit making them twice and they came out and fixed it twice for no cost and no hassle. My printer quit working. They came out fixed it and no cost and no hassle. Best purchase we ever made. Thank you.

Covers all my merchandise for one price. If i find my product within 60 days of perchase for cheaper theyll give me the difference.

The membership is great if you plan to get all your products from Best Buy. But with geek squad added in there, it’s actually a pretty solid buy. Not to mention the discounts and early access you can get to certain stuff. Gotta love two day free delivery on I think every item.

Total Tech, while it wasn't exactly within my budget, appeared to serve as a valuable tool should I have been a customer that relied heavily on Geek Squad services or special in-store promotions for Total Tech members. When my current situation changes, I have a feeling I'll be back to renew my membership/.
