I really appreciate the persistence and professionalism of the Geek Squad to provide technology services to those of us who are limited in that area! I wouldn't know what to do without this membership!

I love my membership! No hassle getting my computer switched over to a new computer. They installed all the extras and recommended a different antivirus to have me money. Great customer service. Then went back for other items and got a discount because of my membership. It's paid for itself already!

If your like me and get frustrated whit the time it takes to set up and learn new technologies this.membership is great. It has made my life easier because they do the job for you. The only negative is you have to make an appointment so there are times when you just go there they may not be able to get to you.

Having the membership gives me peace of mind. Easy to make appointments and techs have been very nice to work with for any issues. Just wish store was closer but understand many factors enter into store locations.

Best buy total care is completely worth it. Took my old laptop to geek squad to get the files off it and saved to an external memory. I was also able to get one memory removed from a different older laptop they couldn’t access due to being so old. I love the member deals and free shilling too!

Being a member makes it much easier to order what I need.

Great value from this membership. We jumped on and saved more than the cost of the subscription fee (granted we were in the market for a new laptop and cell phone). Regardless, though, cheapest prices I encountered online. Nice to have the Geek Squad for any tech needs.

Has totally paid for itself a few times. The people handling support and scheduling are great. Very worth the cost if you purchase a lot of stuff through Best Buy, which we do, because they've earned our loyalty.

Bout this so I could cover the electronics in my mothers home. Called them up and said they don't do service visits to my address. Granted this was the address I purchased the membership coverage for. I asked them why would they charge me for a membership if they knew they wouldn't include my address. Don't bother buying this service unless you confirm that they will include that address otherwise they will just be happy to take your money without providing any actual service.
