The total tech membership for me is a little pricey for what you get for it. I do like the fact that they will replace your purchase if it breaks and can't be fixed. I also like that.They will deliver some items and set them up.

They do their job and complete the work. You get what you pay for.

Total Tech Membership paid for itself before the first month was up. A price reduction on one item purchase was $480. Peace of mind for my purchases was priceless.

If you can afford it it’s a good service. I didn’t use it enough to justify.

Everytime we buy an electronic, you will want to add the Totaltech and/or the extended warranty. One time we bought a TV and it came broke and because we got the warranty and totaltech, it was a NO QUESTIONS ASKED easy exchange. We ended up going with the LG OLED CX 65" tv because of the service we got was good we decided to spend more on a better TV after.

This was an excellent investment. The person who came out you mount my tv was very professional & knowledgeable. The next year when I moved I was able to use this service again to have someone mount my TV. Finally when the headset stopped working, I was able to utilize this service with hassle free replacement.

Im sure not everyone is going to have a 5 star experience, but I did. I brought a $150 playstation controller back 2 years later cause it had stick drift and they replaced it AND gave me a $30 gift card because they now sell it for $30 less. The free apple care is reason enough but its like apple care for everything
