So far so good working in my favor, which will continue when it's time to update this lap top computer, which will be sooner than later. Glad have it since in a way like insurance for future household needs coming up this year. Already paying for itself in my book.

I love having my membership and knowing that if something goes wrong, weather it be with my laptop, tablet or iPhone, I know I can count on the Geek Squad too be there for me! I can call on them 24/7 or schedule an appointment with them. Either way I know they are always going to be there for me!

Bout this so I could cover the electronics in my mothers home. Called them up and said they don't do service visits to my address. Granted this was the address I purchased the membership coverage for. I asked them why would they charge me for a membership if they knew they wouldn't include my address. Don't bother buying this service unless you confirm that they will include that address otherwise they will just be happy to take your money without providing any actual service.

Membership is good for someone who is not very technical. I am able to get help by chatting, phone or in store. Wish is was a little bit cheaper but glad I have it to help when ever I need it. It is hard to talk to someone live at times

The membership is a must if you own a computer and are not tech savy enough to fix problems. 90 percent can be done over the phone without ever leaving home.

Ive been a member since the inception of it and it is well worth the money if you plan to shop at Best Buy a handful of times a year, the protection plan coupled with tech support makes it more than worth it. Its the right peace of mind with some great savings on top.

It’s definitely well worth it to get the total tech just text then your return policy to 60 days but in my opinion, you should get the 179 package this way you can get security on all your items the only reason I say all is because I have not run into an item yet that Bestbuy has not covered

For the price and ease of mind that my products are covered or if i need help understanding certain programs and apps the tech support is great to fall back on to answer those questions.

This membership is great. Enjoy the discounts I have received. I also enjoy that I receive protection service with all my purchases. Puts my mind at ease if something happens to break.
