Best Buy Total Tech was just what we needed, after having two 65" TV's mounted, our Ring system trouble shot and the tech finding a wire that was not attached which we would have not discovered being talked through by a tech over the phone, along with 65" TV delivered and installed paid for the annual subscription, what a deal.

Have had the computer for less than a month. I set it up without any assistance. If you need assistance this might be worth it.

so great i had this, i bought my first ever PC and decided to get this with it. Well, they helped me install my laptops memory into it, and they helped when i and some problems with the desktop. Things i had to bring in and actually get it fixed for, so i’m very thankful for it

Teh delivery team was great and on time, took extra care with install and hooking up ice maker.

This membership is a decent value, and allowed me to have mysubs installed hassle free and i saw so many people destroy there audio system and battery and alternator, because there friend for 20 bucks didnt actually know what they were dong. So having that peace of mind with this membership and 24/7 support, cant find this level of professional quality just anywhere

I had no idea this total tech membership would be such a value! I originally got it to install my dishwasher. Returned to the store to purchase security cameras. They climbed up on top of buildings in several locations of my property & installed them for me, & showed me how to use them! At no extra cost. Once you get the membership, you can use it for whatever else you purchase & want installed as long as it’s within your membership term.

Well, this was the best decision I have ever made. I think I have been a total protect member for 4 or 5 yrs now I think. I the beginning my laptops were a mess. They needed help. I am so happy. My stress levels are all the way down because I know I can always get help. This is one area in my life I have under control. I lay on my bed call the geek squad let them remote in like at work. I love it!! I go in when I have to which is rare. When I have had to, It's been a pleasure. They try very hard to make our lives better. I appreciate that I really do.

I haven't personally tried this one yet. However, I've used similar products from this brand before. My previous experiences have been very positive. I'm expecting this to be just as good. I'm excited to finally give it a try.

Amazing experience with Geek Squad, helped me out when my pc caught a virus and the fans were having issues.

This membership is very worthwhile! It covers any device, even if I didn't buy it at Best Buy. I get great Best Buy service on the large number of devices I use and at a great price. I love Best Buy!!

Retired DBA/Mainframer...I don't have at my disposal company Geeks or Nerds to help me with hardware or Windows 11 issues. So this is just perfect. They have really helped me with issues. Great Deal!

The membership is great if you anticipate using it, or need special assistance. Don't let it drag your finances down tho by auto renewal.

This membership was very easy to use and also purchase. I am glad the employee offered it to me because it was my first time buying a laptop for school and I definitely needed it because who knows what danger is lurking around.

I absolutely love the service provided by Best Buy's total tech team. I purchased 2 TVs for my room and the livingroom and their team came out and mounted both TVs ina timely manner. I just purchased a 3rd TV for my daughter's room and look forward to having her TV mounted this upcoming Thursday. Thank you for the amazing work and service you guys provide! Picked my LG TV and at the same time joined the total tech memebrship. Since then ive saved more then 5 membership purchases ib total. I will be continuing my memebrship into the future.

It's so helpful if you have dozens of devices you use regularly. It covers nearly everything, and I appreciate the work the Geek Squad does!
