Total tech used to be an excellent worthwhile purchase. Not so much anymore. It is still OK for computer purchases, but the list of protected products has been drastically reduced. My last several purchases have consisted of a grill, keyboard, mouse, USB port, garbage disposal, and a micro screwdriver set, none of which are covered. They used to be, as all purchases came with the total tech protection. Now it’s a seemingly random list. And I have not found what that list is. We used to also get free appliance installation and hall away. That is now gone as well. Other than included AppleCare I’m not sure what extra benefits we are getting.

This is a super good deal. We’ve purchased a fridge and also a washer/dryer set from Best Buy in the last 6 months. They always deliver super fast, the delivery guys are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the best part is we don’t have to lift a finger to bring in or install, they do it all! That alone is worth the cost, plus you get a 2 year protection plan on all of your appliances, I’d highly recommend!

Membership is well worth the price. They help set up my computer for me and answered all questions completely. Anything you need having to do with your computer, they help with it all.

This membership is great. Bought it with our new stove. Was able to price match and get a free overdue check-up on our laptop. Planning some some new appliance purchases shortly.

If you're an avid consumer of electronics, total tech is a great value. As long as you purchase exclusively from Best Buy, it's worth the cost for an added peace of mind.

Used to be better than this, BUT it is still more trustworthy than some of the insurance companies that like Amazon uses.

Good value but has its restrictions, not sure if it depends on the store but for what you pay you should be able to get the best benefits.

TotalTech is cool but only for the extra purchasing perks , otherwise it’s not as worth it, rarely used any tech related troubleshooting

I have the membership for many years. It really worth it. Whenever I have trouble with my computer, printer, I phone, or TV I can count on Geek Squad. These young people like Daniel S. and all others who helped me all these years are very friendly and helpful. Geek Squad has provided an excellent service.
